My booking was cancelled an hour before check-in time saying they don't have available room for me.

There were bugs, smell of cigarettes, hairs under the bed sheets, so we didn’t stay. That room hasn’t been cleaned.

Front desk person was courteous and helpful. Property was run down and very outdated. Definitely not worth the price

Staff was very helpful, patient and nice. When there was an issue, they were able to resolve it. I didn’t like that I had to keep on guard with roaches in the bathroom and on/near the beds. The bathroom sink leaked all over the counter and the toilet would barely flush.

I will never stay or reconnoiter any to stay at any Extended Stays of America ever

The front desk staff could be a little more friendly. There were roaches in the room. When I checked in the AC until looked like it was being repaired. The room is outdated the breakfast bar was a snack Bar.

The staff. The dirty towels, dirty toilet, roaches in the shower, dead roaches on the floor,floor hadn’t been mopped. It was just a terrible experience.

The most important thing I would want to share about this property is the price. The price was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very helpful. It's more like an apartment building than it is a hotel because of being extended stay... it is older, but the room was comfortable. We had our dog with us. So that was a blessing. But honestly, they don't really have a breakfast which is fine. Because for the price, you can easily get breakfast somewhere else. And if you're looking at staying for just one night like we were, this is absolutely the best place to stay !

Hallway carpeting on fourth floor was FILTHY. Overall, facility is not inviting at all. Sinks have no stoppers. Bathroom sink leaked when used, leaving water on the floor. Small roach was climbing up the wall over the kitchen sink! Upon leaving to take the elevator down, mop bucket with dirty water was parked right in front of it. Staff on fourth floor did not respond to "Good morning."

Nothing Room was never cleaned ex toothpaste all over sink, blood on tub, bed not changed, half eaten muffin on night stand etc and over all apperance of building shabby. Breakfast a joke
