Don’t trust the photos, complete dump. Computer screen at the front desk no person, they checked me into a room with no toilet and no water. Bugs all over the windows we checked out immediately and requested a refund.

It wasn't as clean or updated as other hotels in the area.

Room not clean. Stains everywhere and mysterious tissue fragment hanging from light switch.

No staff on site after hours, automated check-in process with chatbot. Pictures online are not representative of this hotel. We did not feel safe and chose to find accommodations elsewhere even after booking and paying for reservation online. Cannot rate the facility inside since we were unable to check in.

If you want a clean place to sleep this place is just that

No staff present and just very eerie and creeps around. Do not recommend.

You get what you pay for. It was a nice place overall though.

Very clean room, check in was smooth

Imagine booking a no smoking room, but instead being booked into a smoking room that literally is four feet away from their "designated smoking area". It wreaked like an ashtray. The hotel response was sorry, we hope you'll come back. Terrible experience. Do not stay here unless you love tobacco and love all your clothes smelling like tobacco.

The stay was ok. It was just quick stay

The parking is convenient and the property was clean overall but the room we were in clearly had been smoked in at some point. There were some minor maintenance issues—the wall outlet by the bathroom mirror and the AC seemed like it was emitting more moisture than normal, but it was OK for the price.

This hotel was okay… i guess for the price it’s okay. Clean bed, clean bathroom but i will say the walls need deep cleaning, the rooms could smell better. There’s no actual person in the lobby… so it’s kinda hard to ask for something or if you need anything also no breakfast… it would be way better if there was breakfast included.

I ask for a no smoke room when doing the reservation when I got the key and went to my room the Smoky smell killed the whole expectations for me,blanket had holes from guests smoking in the room , I stay two days they did not came and clean or leave clean towels nor take the trash out….if you don’t care about cigarettes smell then this hotel fits you …place needs to be taken care of better ,the front door look was hard to unlocked …

Take your family and money somewhere else.

Room was clean but solution used for cleaning floors left them feeling like they had a sticky film. The ceiling in my room was peeling and needs refurbishment. The staff was very good. My last day someone had broken some glass in the parking lot that hadn't been cleaned up the entire day. The price was great but I believe that was due to the condition of the property. Unfortunately I won't be staying here again or recommend it to other travelers.

I always take clorox wipes to clean my area because of my health issues. Tooks wipes were dry. Also water stood under the tiles in the bathroom. It was reported to management. There wasn't a phone in the room, so we had to walk to the office. We won't return there

I guess the “front desk” service was “unique” but I’m not sure if that means it’s good or not honestly. though the staff was able to complete check-in/out as if they were present, i think i would still prefer having an actual person assist me rather than talking to a screen.
