Comfortable king bed, even the sofa bed was comfortable! Great breakfast, adults got to make a biscuit breakfast sandwich, kids had chicken patty and potato wedges. Very clean, I liked it! Breakfast area was a little difficult to rearrange a seating area for a family of 5? But that’s minor.

The breakfast was simple and basic served the purpose. Overall place was very clean. Staff was friendly, would stay here again. Beds were comfortable I think the breakfast can be improved on, especially when it comes to the eggs. And during the week I think the hours should be extended a little bit.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. The pool room was very loud. the sounds from kids in the pool just echoed off the walls.

The room was clean and the breakfast was just perfect.

Had to switch rooms twice, due to air conditioning problems, also a funky perfume smell in 2nd room. Third room could have used a deep clean, bed was awful!! The hotel was right under the gigantic power lines and the breakfast was worst of the trip.

Property was very clean- I was hesitant to book as I'd never stayed in a Home2Suites property but I was impressed! The rooms were very spacious & loved having the full refrigerator in room! Would stay again without hesitation!

We requested extra sheets for the pull-out bed, and the staff acknowledged our request. After waiting an hour with no delivery, we called the front desk again and were told the sheets were still drying. Another 45 minutes passed, and my kids had already fallen asleep without sheets. The next morning, we discovered the sheets had been left outside our door overnight. Not only did no one notify us that they had been delivered, but leaving bedding on the floor outside the room also raised concerns about cleanliness. We waited more than two hours, and better communication would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse at checkout. My husband took the time to provide feedback to the front desk, but the staff seemed completely uninterested. They didn't ask for our room number, apologize, or make any effort to understand what had happened. Their response was simply, "Okay," which made it feel like our concerns didn't matter at all. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Instead, we experienced poor communication, lack of follow-through, and indifference when we raised legitimate concerns. If this is how Hilton Honors members are treated, I can only wonder how other guests are treated. Based on this experience, we will not be staying here again.
