Room was extremely dirty no sweeping or mopping done... bed sheets were not changed out from prior use and you can tell because there was alot of dirt by the feet erea... dirty towels and used cups left behind...

Waited about 2 hours to check in and then the hallway smelled like dog piss and there were dog prints on the bed sheets. Dirty washcloth in the shower left from previous customer. I will never stay in Cheyanne again, nor would I stay in any red lion.

The biggest issue was check-in. I arrived at 9:30 p.m. and found five people already waiting in line. One guest was having a problem with a reservation booked through a third party, and the front desk employee chose to focus solely on that issue instead of checking in other guests while the matter was being resolved. To make matters worse, when Wyatt came on duty, the employee simply left without helping the waiting guests or assisting with the unresolved reservation. Wyatt was professional and worked hard, but I still spent almost an hour waiting to check in. After a full day of travel, that is not an acceptable experience.

This was a one night stay on our way home from a bigger trip. We didn’t use the pool or anything. Bar had food and we ordered supper from there and it was good. Check in was easy. Breakfast the next morning was good. Eggs, breakfast meet, potatoes, French toast plus the normal stuff. Easily located right off of Interstate 80. Would stay again if in the area.

Good stay, wasn’t crazy about breakfast buffet it was like the other chain hotel breakfast with few other choices

The room was not cleaned we were given a room with dirty linen and dirty bathroom walls remote control didn’t work and I had to ask front desk to clean up bed and change sheets this was done after we left to our event room was never swept or mopped hotel seemed very understaffed and overbooked I understand it’s frontier days but staff accordingly and prepare accordingly. I can’t believe you think it’s ok to leave used lineb from another guest on bed this is disappointing and soo disgusting. At least let people know pool is not heated either from the beginning never again. Ms Lorena front desk never apologized for dirty rooms and seemed extremely overwhelmed.

Nice hotel.

It was such a beautiful and stress-free experience staying at Red Lion Hotel. Staff needs to be smiling so the vibes can be contagious. Once you start talking to them, they warm up! It is supposed to be vice-versa! Restaurant food and service were phenomenal! The ladies there were so approachable and we’ve felt like we’re home!

A dog peed every day and night in hall bar and restaurant close when ever that want breakfast all changed time to day know could tell you the right time when thay close
-
However, the bathroom shower floor was extremely dirty & I couldnt get any extra towels as the hotel said they were out (It was very busy due to Frontier Days) Only other thing I would say to the hotel staff is please have more workers/front desk staff on hand when the CFD is going on. The line for checkin to an hour to get through. Not the guys at the desk fault though, they were doing the best the could.

Unfortunately, during our stay we found a roach in our coffee, which was very disappointing. We also weren’t able to use the pool because it wasn’t accessible. We had planned to use it the morning we checked out, but since the staff seemed busy and we were leaving, we decided not to pursue it. While the staff was courteous and helpful, the cleanliness issues and lack of access to the advertised amenities made our stay less enjoyable than expected.

I asked the front counter to extend my stay by one night. They were not able since I made the reservation via Expedia.
