Wow this was a disappointing stay! The late night front desk associate was the only positive comment I have about this stay- she was helpful and welcoming. Then we got to our room and to start we couldn’t even close the window coverings because they were broken. So tired from being on the road for 10 hours we just gave up and tried to sleep with the bright lights from outside the building blaring in. Up early because of the bright sun shinning in we tried to start our day and took one look at the shower floor - I didn’t even want to step inside it was filthy and possibly even mold covered! It was So bad my husband laid a hand towel on the floor to put his feet on while showering. Gross! Next up the breakfast…I should have left the buffet tickets at check in! It was suppose to be offered until 9 but before 830 it looked like someone ransacked the place. Dirty plates, spilled food on the buffet, dried up empty oatmeal pot, not a drop of coffee in the buffet or lobby. Nothing had been refilled, there was food spilled ALL over the floor, waffle mix dripping down the side of the table. An elementary school food hall would have been cleaner. And where was the staff sitting at the front of the Buffett area on her phone! All around a terrible experience - Save your money and pick anywhere else!

Everything was great the only thing is I was in charge of covering an accidental fee this shouldn’t be

All staff were very respectful and helpful. Very clean rooms and the property appeared to be well maintained.

When entering our room there was a really bad smell my son's bed had stains on the sheets the pool was filthy but overall I would say I would not stay there again we didn't have breakfast and then we talked to a maid in the morning she said our neighbors were smoking drugs in the next room and that's why our room smelled so bad when we checked in so I would not suggest anybody stay there.

the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our previous reservation was canceled due to over booking that very same day and we made the reservation in September the year before and they felt no remorse whatsoever and we were heading out that way that same morning. We had no idea what we were going to do! we stumbled on your hotel, and we were so delighted we did!!! they say everything happens for a reason, and we are big believers for sure now!!! thank you for a wonderful stay and beautiful Hotel!!!

Room and breakfast Pool was closed

For the best price we found in this location, we had a very comfortable room with comfortable beds, everything was flawlessly clean and in good repair. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

From California was just passing through was a nice very comfortable place with all the amenities at the hotel so there was no reason to leave. The bar was great. Our staff was amazing.

The bartender was a blast.

Clean, friendly staff, bar/restaurant staff were awesome!
-
Pool was closed so my grandson couldn't go swimming that's the main reason we booked the hotel because they had a pool, the sidewalk was all busted up. Floor in the room was dirty.
-
Good price. Clean room. Decent breakfast included.
-
Great location easy check in staff excellent Rooms were hard to get cleaned and even a cleaned room was dirty but they did change rooms for us

Staff on check in very smooth Fire alarm at 8:30 pm

Clean and comfortable and the bar was good on the first night with good snacks. Lady was really great very helpful. The fire alarm worked. After going to room not long after door opened with 2 women entering, somehow had been given same room. Second night bar was closed being a Sunday though understandable. Pool a little overrun with kids. Went to stay another night but because we booked through Booking.com had to re book that way and go through the whole arrival process again.

It felt like it was an old, outdated hotel trying to be fancy. It didn't work.

The front desk staff person was a lady named Mel. She was wearing a name tag that read “Mel: Night Audit”… we arrived at 10 PM and she was behind the desk with a younger man. We were the only people in the lobby. We walked straight to the front desk and stood in front of her and she did not acknowledge us for several minutes. She was working on something at the computer and was very upset. She was telling the younger man that worked there how no one else who works there does their job right and she has to fix all the problems. Specifically she was having to take rooms out of service that have not been cleaned properly during the day. Same ranted on and on about how the owners of the property are aware of this problem, but do nothing to fix it. She went on and on and wasted several minutes of our time. She then apologize that we had to witness her rant. She processed our reservation gave us our room key and said “I hope your room is clean. Let me know if it’s not”… We travel for work daily and by far this is the worst customer service we ever received at a hotel across the country in a very, very long time. Also, we have stayed at this location many times in the past and the breakfast has went downhill. They used to offer bacon and or sausage and omelettes in the morning. The current breakfast offerings are all carbs except for powdered eggs.. The breakfast was very disappointing.. Someone needs to review the camera footage of this disgruntled employee named Mel.

Nice Place. Nice Place. Nice Place.

As we turned down the bed the white sheet was dirty. Noticeably dirty streaks. Photos included. No soap by the bathroom sink. We used the body wash in the shower to wash our hands. Breakfast was awful. Nothing appealing about it. Even our kids complained that the milk tasted expired, the donut was old, and the breakfast area was unclean. The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests.
