There was not one thing about this place that was decent, extremely disappointing. The property was extremly dirty, the room smelled aweful, we had to walk over garbage at the door and when we talked to the desk woman about it she walked over and moved it out of the way but it was still in front of the door, room had bugs, it appeared to have homeless people outside, there was no toliet paper or hand soap in the room. There were no refunds or cancellations, probably because nobody would ever be happy with staying there.

I don't know. I got there and the office was closed despite the confirmation email stating they would be open. I had to find another hotel. No way to check in. Stayed elsewhere.

We did not stay here because it was nothing like the pictures or reviews. It was in a sketchy side of town and is very rundown.

Nothing Terrible interaction with front desk person. Filthy room. Deadbolt did not work. Housekeeping tried to come inside room over an hour before check out time.

Not much Very dirty. Extremely Stained floors and furniture. Bathroom smelled like pee. Faucets barely worked. Pictures are extremely deceiving.

The employee we dealt with was excellent. The photos of the room did not in any way reflect the room we stayed in. The tv did not work. There was mold in the bathroom. Paint was peeling. The vinyl floor was stained and probably 40 years old. The door was rotted at the bottom. The deadbolt did not work. The parking lot was in bad shape and there were no outside lights.
