Tru by Hilton Cheyenne WY

Several hotels around here are probably a better fit. Probably won't stay here again.

The property was nice and was quiet. The heating and ac unit. The heater would kick on and warm up the room but as soon as the room temp hit the desired temperature, the heating kicked off and ac came on. The staff tried to “fix” the unit but they came to the conclusion it was working correctly. So we’d warm up and then freeze. The tub/shower was also clogged and water would pool up. That was fixed on the 3rd night of our stay.

Bed comfortable. Liked the wall hooks and table / bathroom counter space. Young college student at front desk was very kind. Towels were not very soft. Wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls. Yogurt coming out of a machine and I could not read the ingredients was gross.

Nithing Wasn't allowed to stay because I still shared an address from the same town some kind of city rule I guess, and still haven't had my money refunded yet

microwaves in the lobby? who does that! check in was terrible young man could not explain charges and cost at all he made no scense.

Nice new property in great location

The property was clean and cool which was nice as it was a hot day. Rooms were clean and nice and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was basic but good and coffee was good.

Room was dirty, ac didn’t work, one of the front staff members was giving me dirty looks as I was checking in. Very disappointed and won’t be returning

Easy access off of the highway Only one ice machine and it was on the first floor.

Too expensive for the value. There is no reason for this hotel to cost over $200 in Cheyenne nowhere Wyoming with 800 other hotels around. We chose this because it's a Hilton so I expected it to be cleaner I expected a hot breakfast I expected a comfortable room. Instead we had weird cleaning smells sploosh on the walls slow ass elevator and a breakfast that consisted of stale bagels and stale cereal.

Small rooms. Tolerable for one night.

Very clean, new hotel. We were on the 3rd floor, the hotel checked another guest directly above us at 2 AM. Either the floors lack any sound deadening or the person above us had army boots on, stomping across their room until 5AM. Worst night sleep I've had in hotel in 30 years.

The hotel was nice, room was clean. However, the mattress on the bed was terrible. It was like sleeping on a sloped hill. Very hard to get a decent nice rest on a mattress that desperately needs to be replaced with one to allow guests to get good rest,

Just no stole money from me

I really like this Hilton sub brand. Very well thought out. Fun, vibrant, cheerful rooms. Loved the coffee and tea station which was always restocked (someone was really on it and this attention to detail was noticed). Convenient location felt safe and secure.

Convenient , clean, large room

We were told we would have rolli in shower. It was handicapped tub. The stafff rounded up a shower chair. Everything worked out perfectly
