Tru by Hilton Cheyenne WY

Loved the modern look and comfortable environment. The access to snacks, drinks and amenities were easy and abundant. Recommend this hotel to others and we will only stay here when visiting Cheyenne. Thank you all for everything and a great stay.

But seriously, this is my new go-to hotel chain. I was SO happy with our room, shower, the pool, the breakfast buffet, and everything. My only disappointment was the lack of a diffuser on the hair dryer.

I wasn’t extremely late arrival and they still made it so quick and easy to get checked in and up to the room That is comfy as hell too

Staff let us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. Told us about some local stuff going on. Room was clean and comfy. Location was near shopping, restaurants and highway. Free breakfast with great options.

We like the floors without carpet. Nice and clean and comfortable rooms. The billiards table is great. Breakfast is pretty good.

Ok, this was my first time staying in a Tru hotel. The rooms are tiny. Basically just the bed and a chair. No closet, not dresser or anything like a regular hotel. That being said, it was very new and clean and served the purpose of spending the night. I thought all the little comments and decor was really cute.

It was up to date style wise Pool was out of service, the pillow in my room stunk of body odor, breakfast was lacking anything edible. Coffee was good & love the shower pressure

Bed was uncomfortable and there were only two towels in the room.

I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Very clean room, staff is always ready to help and breakfast is always great! Will stay again, thank you!

Staff was very friendly and layout was awesome. Breakfast was fair -only because they ran out of most things by 815.

Coffee was excellent. Saved me a trip to Starbucks. All was good :-)

Everything, except the price

Room was clean and breakfast was perfect.

The room was clean but bare bones. No amenities but a fridge including no coffee station or microwave or even an ice bucket.

The staff was all absolutely excellent. I have a list of names but the truth is every single person we interacted with went way out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The hotel was packed with kids and the staff NEVER showed any sign of irritation or inconvenience and everything was always spotless so you never saw signs of the all the teams that were there. No one was ever standing around doing nothing. There was nothing that I was disappointed with.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Property was very clean and well maintained! Only critique is that the room I was in did not have a coffee pot or microwave, minor inconvenience to have to go all the way to the lobby to get coffee or heat leftovers
