Tru by Hilton Cheyenne WY

Wonderful location and great employees who were extremely helpful! Definitely recommend!

Rooms and community area very clean and welcoming. The patio was a nice area to watch the stars and relax after a long day of travel. Breakfast was very good.

The toilet didn't flush right and would recommend having more carts available to take luggage to rooms. Waited 20 minutes for one to come back and just gave up.

Modern style not really my taste

The amenities were great pool, constant ice machine and cold water because it was so hot outside. Breakfast buffet was good.

I would recommend the cleaning people KNOCK before entering a room. This happened twice while we stayed.

The room and bed were great. The breakfast was super. The best place to stay in Cheyenne.

Easy location to get to and from downtown. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast, I appreciated the gluten free breakfast options

The room was clean. I wasn’t pleased with the quality of a $200 Hilton room. A hard stiff king bed mattress wasn’t comfortable. Small cube refrigerator that froze everything. Room was very small with one uncomfortable chair meaning one of us had to sit on the bed. Shelving appeared to be press wood. There was only one ice machine dispenser for the whole 4 floor motel. The ice buckets are kept stacked by the machine. There were no plastic bag liners that I could find. Not sure how clean these buckets were. Were they washed and returned? Were they just returned by housekeeping? The motel allowed dogs. Had the buckets been used for ice or were they used to hold water for dogs and then returned? I just wondered. Breakfast was very good and had gluten free bagels with strawberry cream cheese. Yummy. Staff wasn’t overly friendly or communicative. My overall view and feeling for a first time stay is that I will never choose to stay in a Tru Hilton again.

Loved the modern look and comfortable environment. The access to snacks, drinks and amenities were easy and abundant. Recommend this hotel to others and we will only stay here when visiting Cheyenne. Thank you all for everything and a great stay.

But seriously, this is my new go-to hotel chain. I was SO happy with our room, shower, the pool, the breakfast buffet, and everything. My only disappointment was the lack of a diffuser on the hair dryer.

I wasn’t extremely late arrival and they still made it so quick and easy to get checked in and up to the room That is comfy as hell too

We like the floors without carpet. Nice and clean and comfortable rooms. The billiards table is great. Breakfast is pretty good.

Ok, this was my first time staying in a Tru hotel. The rooms are tiny. Basically just the bed and a chair. No closet, not dresser or anything like a regular hotel. That being said, it was very new and clean and served the purpose of spending the night. I thought all the little comments and decor was really cute.

I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Very clean room, staff is always ready to help and breakfast is always great! Will stay again, thank you!
