Comfort Inn & Suites

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They wore cowboy hats! The boot sculpture out front was cool! Very dog friendly though the property didn’t have a lot of grassy places. The location was not the prettiest but close enough to downtown Cheyenne to make a visit convenient. The breakfast was great with very good selection and fruit. There was outdoor space to cook and grill. The lobby was inviting w coffee, popcorn, cookies and water. The rooms were very spacious with high ceilings and nice amenities. The carpet was worn which probably contributed to a subtle smell. But overall it was great value and great service.

The breakfast, as always, was very good. Truly, our only complaints were the size of the indoor pool (though the granddaughter loved it) and the shower curtain allowed quite a bit of water to escape. Small matters, indeed. They allowed our puppy in for a very small fee and the beds were comfortable. With the good breakfast, you can't ask for more!

Property was very clean, staff was very friendly and our room was spacious and the king bed was comfortable. The property had fresh cookies in the evening and had fresh coffee available all day long! I would highly recommend this hotel

Not so good breakfast. I gave three stars for check in, didn’t think it was negative, just neutral, but when I checked out, front desk asked me why did I gave a negative review. I was surprised. I thought three stars was “not good n not bad”, just a regular

Clean room, great staff and good breakfast. There was nowhere for our dog to go potty, she stepped on cactus and we had to walk over to a different hotel for a patch of grass.

Absolutely nothing! It was dirty, dingy, staff was inept, curtains were hanging so that anyone parking or walking by could see in, TV wasn’t working and had to be rebooted by me, breakfast was subpar, parking wasn’t convenient…

Very good location and had an excellent breakfast. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. It took a long time for the hot water to get hot.
