SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cheyenne

It was a fast easy check in. Front staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was nice and quiet

We checked in on the 4th of July. The room 236 was nice and clean for the most part, nice comfy bed, small. The a/c was great but would be even better to have a fan option to keep some noise on instead just off or on. Bring a fan if you need some white noise. The bathroom was good except door and sides of the doors going into the bathroom could use some attention and a couple hairs on side of shower. I wiped the doors going into the bathroom down as they had stuff splashed on them. The coffee for guests incoming through the day was out, please keep stocked if possible. Also, we would NOT have booked here had we known the pool and hot tub was not in use!!! They are sending people across a busy street to the other "sister" hotel to swim. PLEASE advise travelers if your pool is not working, it's somewhat unfair and false advertising. Pictures are also incorrect on website of rooms which was shown to the staff whom also agreed the pictures were not right of the rooms. Also says online that rooms accommodate 5 or even 7. Staff on the front desk that night says rooms are only equipped for 4 people in every room. Elevator shakes like crazy but has a sign in it stating it's verified safe. LOL! The hotel was clean in general and breakfast was great!

The rooms were clean and the pool area was nice.

Staff, breakfast, and the room were very friendly and clean. Our shower drained slowly and the shower head wasn't fitted well so it sprayed all over.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful property & rooms & excellent service! Sad that the pool was down our entire 4 night stay - breakfast was amazing & everyone was so nice & very helpful!! Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there while visiting Cheyenne in the future!!! Overall 5 star!!

Very friendly and very clean Beautiful room

Lobby area, pool and breakfast. Walls are so thin and all doors slam. You can literally hear EVERYTHING! Bathroom wallpaper falling off the walls and a little outdated.

It was quiet and clean. Perfect stay for a first time visit to Cheyenne. Really enjoyed it It’s not that I didn’t like anything there was some light construction going on. But no big deal

The hotel was great, the staff was more than great. What wasn't so great was the roofing contractor that backed a fork lift into my car. However the manager of the hotel was very gracious and accomadating for the extra two days we were stranded waiting to get a rental car and then allowing our car to remain on hotel property until it could be picked up by a auto transporter. Very clean! Loved the room, so large! Bathroom was laid out nicely. The extra couch in the room was a great addition. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. No hot tub…but the pool was large.

Huge room, helpful when traveling companions are your grown children. Terri in the morning breakfast area was particularly helpful and cheery!

Clean, comfortable, staff was great There was nothing we didn't like.

(1) Excellent soundproofing, little to know street noise, on account of the spaced, double paned glass. A relief as there was the freeway to Denver outside our window. (2) Best beds and pillow of any motel during recent stays. (3) Outstanding staff kindness and friendly outreach. When our door lock failed for the second time, a handyman or janitor popped up and let us in. He was so nice. General manager also excellent and many others, including "Terrie" in the breakfast room, so kind, apologizing for the lack of sufficient offerings. (1) door lock was malfunctioning; turned green with a card tap to allow opening, but deadbolt was engaged repeatedly. Deadbolt remained extended after entering the room and could not be retracted. Great front desk general manager flagged it for repair. (2) Breakfast: help staff indicated that not enough food had been arranged--or too many guests were expected that week. There was no yoghurt, no 2 percent milk, no adult cereal of a healthy sort like bran. No rolls of an appealing sort. Ended up with a bowl of cooked oatmeal, which was fine. But additional healthy options would be a huge PLUS. (3) TV system: changes were underway and we needed intervention to make TV work at all the second day. It was a known problem undergoing work.

It was a very nice hotel.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Traveled with kids and they were disappointed in how small the pool was, and there was not a hot tub as advertised.
