SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cheyenne

Excellent breakfast

The only complaint that I would have is you can hear the interstate traffic if you are on that side of the hotel.

Staff was very friendly Our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. No clean towels. Didn’t empty trash . Did not restock coffee cups etc. no plug for the bathtub. Ran out of toilet paper. Had to go to front desk for missing items every day. Room was not room shown on website.

Very good

Room was clean and breakfast was good Lighting in room and bathroom was not good

Bathroom was not clean. There were hairs hanging from the towel rack.

Nice property, view of downtown from one side and staff.

Q

Listing showed a hot tub in the pool area - none. Also showed trundle bed - none ... pull-out sofa bed.

Great option to stay while we were in town for Frontier Days. Nice, clean comfortable rooms. Understand why the price is so high during Frontier Days in that it is an opportunity to get money from event visitors that can’t stay anywhere else, but the price truly is ridiculous given the quality and caliber of the hotel.

Save your $$$$ and stay elsewhere.

Our granddaughters said it was the best one we had stayed on our vacation. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The pool was closed but we were able to use one of the sister motels, it worked out great.

Excellent gluten free options
