Great location and easy to walk to a lot of stores and restaurants, loved the restaurant downstairs with the breakfast buffet, nice lobby area and nice staff Got a lot of street noise from the highway next to the hotel so I had to use earplugs to sleep.

Good enough hotel in a convenient location near some great West Loop spots. I had terrible water pressure, and the TV system is beyond outdated. It’s okay.

From the get go, the staff was great. The were available, friendly and attentive. We had issues with the new parking lot system and they were quick to help. This was a last-minute reservation due to the original place cancelling our reservation and it was a welcome relief walking into the lobby and immediately being asked, "How can we help you?" The restaurant in the hotel may have the best pastrami I've ever had. Plus, very close to Pink and Green lines (loop)! New parking lot gate system (separate management) still has some bugs in it.

Regina at the front desk was most helpful - she even tolerated me going on and on about going to RiotFest and I am a talker. We very much appreciated the flexibility.

This hotel has become my family's go-to for trips to Chicago. It's very easy to drive to. Love the on-site parking, which is not free, but I'd say was worth the ~$42/night for the convenience. The property is very clean and beautifully maintained. The staff is excellent. Close proximity to public transportation, which we used to get to and from Riot Fest in Douglas Park. Will definitely stay here again!

It’s getting tired. Time for an update.

The only negative item we encountered was when we got into our room the had terrible mold smell. The air was on but the room still felt damp. We had to get to a concert so when we arrived back the room was still bad. I told the front desk but unfortunately the hotel was sold out and wasn't able change our room. The 9th floor looks like it needs to be updated, the hallway carpet was worn and The parking fills up quickly. I was double charged for parking, the hotel charged me. I have a receipt and then I couldn't get out the parking garage without paying again. Staff wasn't able to help me since I didn't get a receipt from the parking garage. So I'm out $120 in parking.

The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was complimentary! The fitness room was exactly what I needed to get in 30 min workout, weights, treadmills and the view from the 12 floor was exemplary!! A beautiful Chicago city view from the West Loop! Nice place would go there again

The room smelled like marijuana when we arrived. It was clear someone had been standing at the patio door smoking because there was ash on the door jamb.

The room was very clean and the view beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay. 👍

The furniture in my room was warn and outdated. Also, the furniture was very dusted as if it does not get dusted between guest stays.
