Substandard Service & Maintenance - Front desk staff rarely answered the in-house telephone line, making it difficult to request basic items, including clean towels. Given the premium markup charged for this room, the combined lack of service, missing amenities, and poor facility maintenance rendered the stay entirely unacceptable. Desired Resolution - To resolve this matter amicably, I am respectfully requesting a partial refund of at least half of the total amount paid. I look forward to your prompt response and a mutual resolution to this issue before reaching out to The Better Business Bureau. Sincerely, Lamel Hinton

When I checked in the water at the hotel was not working then when water came in it was very dirty then the water was off again. I slept without being able to wash. The water did came back when I woke up

We booked a King Suite and when we came to check in, they said that our room is a sofa bed because they are fully booked and that is the last room left. They also tried to play it off by saying that they will give us a free breakfast voucher instead during our stay. But we also booked the free breakfast option when we booked this stay. We did eventually get our king suite after reaching out to expedia customer service. We also noticed some moulds on the bathroom floor. Overall, the location was nice and the king suite was good.

i had to best time being in chicago thanks to crowne plaza! there was a gentleman at the counter who was very very helpful & super sweet! they are on top of cleanliness as well. my first time ever staying in a hotel by myself & the experience was all around amazing.

The staff was friendly and overall the hotel was great

The hotel is a bit dated, and of course all the added city taxes and fees added, which is not the hotels fault, but more so the city of Chicago fault. The hotel is maintained and cleaned, the staff was very helpful and the pillows were amazing.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the Riverwalk. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The inclusion of breakfast was wonderful! The room was comfortable and we loved having a balcony. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

We made several requests for towels, help with TV, etc, and response was exceptionally fast and friendly!

The hotel was fine. Definitely not worth the price for the weekend but it was Lollapalooza so what can you do. Just unfortunate timing for my trip. My main complaint was the shower barely worked and I feared it would break trying to get it to work.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect as we were able to take the public bus line 20 to both the lakeshore area and the United Center.

Clean room. Cold AC. The bar and restaurant were lovely. Needed more operational elevators and the parking was high.

Elevators take a very long time to arrive in the lobby, but the breakfast was very good. Room was average but clean and having a balcony was nice to watch the city!
