Good hotel

Will not stay here in the future

The room was clean and so was the balcony. All staff were wonderful and very professional. Parking was in a lot and in and out privileges were simple. The breakfast was better than expected and the restaurant was clean and the food was hot and filling. The only downside is that the bed wasn’t that comfortable to sleep through the night, but it was cozy. I would love to come back, if the bed situation was better. It was definitely a vibe in there when we walked in and we loved it.

The hotel was conveniently located near downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the property is a bit dated and could use some room renovations, as the decor and furnishings feel very outdated. Parking was $52, and there was no complimentary breakfast, which was disappointing.

Terrible, gross and smelled badly. Couldn’t lock the door.

It was ok, lobby is beautiful and the breakfast is great. Rooms need a little upgrade.

Nice place to stay. But they do charge you for parking and breakfast.

Everything was amazing however the communication for us to get validated for every time we go in and out the parking lot was not explained and we had to call the front desk to come let us out, we had and out of town wedding and all my family and friends was so unhappy about that experience, some had to pay again to get out because it was not clear to what to do

I made a reservation for 4 people but only got 2 sets of towels. They made us go down to the guest services desk to pick up more. The phone by the night stand does not work and there’s complimentary manual with hotel information that would have helped during our 2 days stay.

The room was nice and clean, loved the balcony. Staff was very informative, and I loved that there was parking on site.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located for our needs. The only issue was parking. There is a garage across the walk from the front entrance, which is partially reserved for permanent residents of that building, and partially for hotel guests. While the garage has in and out privileges, we parked in, went out, and upon our return found the garage full. When we asked at the hotel desk, we were told, "Yeah, it'll be full all night." (It wasn't. Later, after walking back to the hotel from supper, the Full sign was turned off. By that time, we had found alternate parking.) We ended up paying to park overnight in the open pharmacy lot behind the hotel. Although the hotel charges a nightly, non-refundable fee to park in their garage, we paid an additional fee for the night in the drug store lot. Maybe the hotel could work out a deal with the pharmacy or the owner of that lot to allow hotel guests to park there as an overflow lot at no additional charge to the guest.

Cool hotel to stay at. Clean and comfortable. Couple of good nights rest. Gym was better than most hotel gyms. Room was tight. Balcony was nice tho. Really nice area for dining and shopping. Parking for tall cars across the highway which was convenient. Whole Foods across the street. Definitely recommend.
