The hotel front desk is located on the second floor. The room was spacious and clean until we opened the fridge and found smelly leftover food from previous guests. It was taken care of after the front desk was called. This was a 3-night stay; by the 3rd night, we were out of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, even though housekeeping had turned the room over that morning. Apart from these inconveniences, it's a clean and updated hotel.

The hotel was clean. The location was conveniently around a lot of shopping and dining. Good access for Ubers. The staff were friendly.

This was a very clean, spacious room! It easily fit four people comfortably with a small partition between the queen beds and an extra room with a kitchenette and pull-out couch. Everything was immaculate and felt new. Great neighborhood with shops and restaurants too. Will definitely stay again!

Hotel is in great condition, and our suite exceeded our expectations in size. The location was convenient —there was even ample street parking on Sunday night. Security deposit is on the higher end for a mid-range property, so keep this in mind.

Close proximity to restaurants/bars, United Center, train station. The room had many amenities. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped, but fine for a night!

The room my family and I stayed was beautiful. It was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was a plus, and the pool was a good size with a beautiful skyline view.

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood with accessibility to downtown. Breakfast was okay, but fairly good given it was complimentary.
