Hyatt House Chicago/West Loop-Fulton Market

Once on the 3rd floor, things improve. The staff was very pleasant and easy to speak with. The room was clean-ish. The bathroom room had dried urine stain pooled at the base of it. By the time we noticed, we were too tired to complain since it was REALLY late and it wasn't an area we would have any contact with. Once the cleaning service came in two days later, it was cleaned. Later on, when we noticed our bed made, we saw a questionable reddish blotchy stain on the down cover under the first overlaid cover. It was on the right side of the bed. Unfortunately, we did not see this until our check out day since it was about a foot lower than the light weight top cover, Of course, this disgusted us. The last thing was the desk chair legs hadn't been dusted since who knows when. I mentioned all of this to the front desk and they said it will be looked into. The breakfast was so MEH.....nothing to get up early for. Would we stay here again, NO!

Hayden at the front desk was great. All the staff were fantastic as well. Will stay again.

Parking is the toughest and most expensive part but the location was great and easy back and forth to downtown!

The housekeeping and kitchen staff were the friendliest in the hotel. We checked out of the hotel, and they tried to introduce some new Chicago tourism fee. I refused to pay and asked to speak to a manager. Joseph, one of the managers came out and apologized for the poor treatment we received during our stay. He was very professional and a true representation of what I have experienced from Hyatt hotel staff in the past. I have never experienced that type of treatment in a Hyatt hotel. It was very unprofessional and they need some training in customer service.

Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and Fulton Market. Clean lobby and room. Staff was friendly, nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if visiting my friend in Chicago.

loved my stay!

I loved the apartment vibe—it felt like we were true Chicagoans rather than visitors! The hotel was conveniently located and we loved exploring this more authentic side of the city after always staying right next to the river in the past. The unit was cozy and well-designed, especially the bathroom and closet area, to get the most benefit and storage with the space available. This is now our default spot for all future Chicago trips! No complaints!

The hotel is nice and located in a great place. Unfortunately the breakfast ends before we were awake so we missed that and the parking prices were unbelievably high. We were going to use my daughter‘s car while we were in town but opted to Uber.

Location Tooo expensive

The staff were incredible! Chris the manager greeted all guests warmly. Demetrio at the bar gave terrific service. The breakfast staff was incredibly attentive to guests' needs. Well done!!

The location was great and Chris the general manager was so friendly and welcoming. He made a big difference in my experience. I loved the ease of check out and the breakfast was really good and had a variety of items. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen that was well stocked. The check in process for me and my second guest was challenging having booked through Booking.com. I tried to have my friend check us in while I parked and the card wouldn’t go through and they wouldn’t let her check in. Once I was there I had to insert the card. Apparently my communication via Booking.com also didn’t reach the hotel at all either as the third party communication is lacking.

Views of the city from the rooftop deck were awesome!

This property was ok bit nothing fancy that is for sure for what we paid we have had alot better..the breakfast was one of the worst couldn't eat the waffles they were hard when we were there the pool was closed down for maintenance would I stay here again NO there is much better for the money
