We arrived before 3pm check in and did not get our room until close to 4. Cleaning service was behind. Despite the delay, the room was spacious and fit the 5 of us comfortably. We were here for kids to go to a concert so didn’t stay in hotel long, but could walk (about 20 mins) to United Center. The adults then walked for dinner to Fulton Market area. Felt safe doing all that- so the hotel is in a good location. The staff had comped us 2 drinks at the bar for the check in delay, which we did use. The bartender was friendly. Never got to the pool. The gym was satisfactory for a hotel gym. We were on the 8th floor and it was quiet. In and out valet was pricey but super convenient and quick. Would stay here again.

Good location, helpful staff. Wet carpet, nothing done about it until the next day when a very helpful young lady named Kiana behind the front desk, got us into a different room. In general, the property looks a little rundown, dirty walls, worn paint, tired furniture in the bar and lounge area.

The room was very clean and front desk quick and courteous. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices including both cold and hot breakfast items. The breakfast staff was also very attentive and responsive to questions.

Wonderful staff and so friendly too. Breakfast was such a HUGE plus while I was staying there, and everything was in walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for a variety of dining options (pizza,tacos,Italian etc) all located within a few blocks from each other. I found a delicious taco place about 2 blocks away and for dinner I had Nancys pizza which is just a straight walk down the street you cant miss it. Clean,enjoyable rooms and some have a kitchenette. There is also a pool and gym as well as free breakfast in the morning (pretty good breakfast btw). Inside the rooms are relatively quiet and the hotel is not on a crowded street. The room with a kitchenette was a bit small but still enjoyable. The kitchenette room is best for 2-4 people max. You can stream services like Netflix etc by syncing your phone with the tv but it would be very convenient if the hotel simply had streaming services already loaded onto the tv,not having to sync your phone to it.

We enjoyed staying in this place. It’s very clean & comfortable. Just minutes away from tourist spot. Perfect for family too it’s spacious. Nothing. We like everything here.

The hotel front desk is located on the second floor. The room was spacious and clean until we opened the fridge and found smelly leftover food from previous guests. It was taken care of after the front desk was called. This was a 3-night stay; by the 3rd night, we were out of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, even though housekeeping had turned the room over that morning. Apart from these inconveniences, it's a clean and updated hotel.
