Service was poor - over a 10-day stay, my room was not made-up when I returned on some days (after 5 PM on two days and after 8 PM on another). I had to call the front desk and request housekeeping. The front desk was not particularly friendly. The room was fine, but next time I will look to stay elsewhere in Fulton Market.

Great boutique hotel in a great location! Definitely will stay here again when visiting Chicago.

Clean room. Great bar.

Very close to shopping, eating, and interstate. Great location. We walked to most of what we wanted to do.

Very unique motif

Nice clean room with minimalist/industrial vibe. Room was spacious. The front desk was helpful. The coffee shop was much appreciated.

Clean rooms, great location, helpful staff

Clean and Helpful Staffs. You have to look for your parking space, mostly are street parking, but there is a valet at the hotel if you asked for it.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in an amazing location. The walls are paper thin, I could hear people in the hallway and noise from outside the hotel.

Great location, great space in the rooms!!

Second time at the Emily. Beds are off-the-chart comfortable. Quiet, nice rooms in a great location. The staff is very nice. I didn't like too much that we were offered an early check in with a fee. I feel like, if you have the room, offer it, or just say it's not ready. My husband jumped in and took it so he didn't have to worry about our luggage but it just felt wrong. So...maybe a management problem but not staff. We did grab a drink at the bar one night. Decent drinks. Good coffee at the coffee shop as well.

Clean room, relatively quiet halls, helpful staff. Only thing is I requested a room with a nice view and didn't get it.

Close to a ton of great dining options. Nice staff

Great space & location. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for a small wedding venue. I booked the larger room and was glad I did. The hotel was close for walking to restaurants and some bars. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great. The room was nice but I would have preferred more towels. The remote in our room wasn’t working fully as well as the steamer in the room. Otherwise, it is a good hotel but would not recommend for families.
-
Great location if staying in the loop Decor was cheap, room felt like a dorm room
-
Great hotel and location. Rooftop closed so that was a bummer. I like more counter space in the sink area. Not really space for personal items, but other than that -nice stay! Hubby likes that there were soft and firmer pillow options. He doesn’t like that at Hilton all pillows are soft 😂.

The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful. Location was great - convenient to the show I was attending at the Cobra Lounge and to a pretty decent variety of decent looking food options. Don’t miss the Hubbard St viaducts on your morning walk.
