Very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and it was a nice touch putting my name on the TV. Feels like they care about the little details. Breakfast was good it had a nice verity. The view from the room was awesome!

Mistakenly made reservations for the wrong night and the company would not allow me to reschedule or cancel the booking. The property manager never even contacted me personally nor was I able to speak to any staff for a solution. The booking was accidentally made, and there was ample amount of time to find a solution, but I never heard from them.

The hotel expereince was excellent. The location was fantastic with close by parking and complementary breakfast. Smooth check-in, big room, with good WiFi, clean bathroom, good ammenities. Breakfast was excellent.

The entire atmosphere was very welcoming and everyone was friendly. The enviornment was also very clean overall There could've been more options for the breakfast because it was only a few items. Also the only meat for breakfast was pork sausage in which everyone doesn't eat pork.

No places to sit outside entrance despite there being plenty of room for some benches or sitting. We realize the lobby was on 4th floor but something on entry of building would have been nice. Also one of the beds had a crunching/crinkly sound when pushing down on bed. Room was adequately appointed and had a nice view from our floor. Staff was friendly. Overall it was ok but for the price, not somewhere we would stay again.

The staff all were very nice and very helpful. Room were clean and plenty of towels. Even when I couldn't park in garage they refunded without hesitation. I will definitely be staying there again.

The shower head broke on my daughter as she was in the shower. She was afraid that they were going to be charged for it. They went down to the desk and explained what happened and the first is thing they ask is "are you ok!" She was fine. They came and replaced it and gave them $100 off their bill and gave them some other stuff too free. I would say that is good customer service!!
