It was an outstanding stay. The staff did a great job making my wife and I feel like we were the only two in the hotel.

Not impressed with the room. We unpacked after checking in then realized there was water coming up through the laminate in the bathroom. Went and told front desk and were moved to a different room. So we had to pack everything back up. Told we were getting an upgraded room for the inconvenience but the only difference was instead of a couch in the room there was chaise lounge chair. Didn’t seem like an upgrade. Bed was uncomfortable. No fan in the bathroom so mirrors were always fogged up after shower. Shower head was not adjustable. There was also a loud metallic rattling sound in one of the walls that would happen randomly, possibly when the room next to us was using the shower. Didn’t get much sleep while we were there. Would not stay again.

Staff were fantastic, warm and polite. We were delighted to have been welcomed at the lobby by the accommodating and cheerful staff that made a very long trip from LA to Chicago, if all hotel staff will be this nice, you wouldn’t want to go elsewhere.
