Breakfast was to be included in our booking. At the hotel, we were told that it will be $27 per person. we were also told that if we had booked directly with the hotel this would not have been the case! "Some third-party booking falsely advertise"

Big regret that I stayed here missed up my whole day for my brothers wedding

The hotel had a bar/lounge area, buffet breakfast and a nice common area with cozy couches.

Great place to stay. Have stayed here before, and we will again.

I didn't like that they didn't include parking with their amenities and charge $63. a night, when there is no parking available on the street. But parking decks in the area are much cheaper. They also don't inform you that you have to pay, an additional $200 for incidental.

Air conditioner was leaking. Wet carpet. Bathroom sink runs water all over counter and floor. No microwave. Window tint chipping. Hidden fees

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The property and rooms were clean although the furniture could use an update especially with the amount charge. The room amenities were not helpful; no iron or microwave or bottle water. I feel like the price was way too pricey they don't even offer breakfast unless you pay more. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and if I return to Chicago I will definitely stay somewhere else

Clean room

Air conditioning in our room was non-functional. Safe to say it had been this way for a while as we could see people had disassembled the wall unit as well as the air conditioning unit itself. No additional rooms were available and were provided with a box fan. While we were provided with a different room the next morning, I heard two other couples checking out say their air conditioning wasn’t working. This hotel appears to be booking all rooms even with several with non-functional air conditioning units. Consider yourself warned.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were all very friendly and always ready to help. My room was fairly spacious, but everything seemed a bit dated. My air conditioner was very loud and even though I spoke to the concierge twice, no one ever came to look at it. My room was also near the laundry chutes where the cleaning people threw used sheets and towels, and there were times I could hear them doing it. I noticed several times during my stay large amounts of empty food boxes and wrappers just dumped in the hallway. While it’s not the fault of the hotel that some of the guests don’t know how to behave, the fact that the garbage sat there for long periods of time before it was finally removed wasn’t great. The gym was ok, and the pool was nice. I have the feeling the hotel is very understaffed. All in all it was a decent stay. I don’t know that I would stay there again or recommend that friends stay there, but there was nothing “awful” about it

The stay was great. Madison at the front desk was the best. She was very helpful and accommodating. Despite the hot weather and heavy customer traffic she was so kind and helpful to everyone around. Thank you, Madison! The pool was nice and the pool holes were great! Rooms were nice and hotel bar and food were good as well. All in all a great stay!

Staff was very friendly. Had great big bar with store for snacks. Great location. Blocks from Gene & Georgetti. Walking distance to pretty much center of downtown. Rooms were clean comfortable beds . Staff checked on if we needed anything during our stay

It is great property, well maintained and worth it. Since this property is on top of another, reaching the room is a hassle. I have to use two different elevators!
