High-end price and location, economy quality

It was clean (not spotless but clean), worn out building masked by new decor. Window on our room was dirty, for $400 plus a night was too expensive for a 3star hotel but location was great.

Let’s talk about it! 👀 The room? Beautiful, comfortable, and definitely Snap-worthy. 📸✨ The 24-hour Marketplace was another win because sometimes you need a snack at an hour when absolutely nothing else is open. 😂 The one thing that tested me? Early check-in wasn’t available—not even for an additional fee. Even worse, neither was the bar. So after arriving early, it would’ve been nice to grab a drink and relax… but the bar didn’t open until 4 PM, at the regular check in time. 🍹😩 When guests are arriving early, that feels like a missed opportunity! I also had a minor customer-service hiccup, but nothing serious enough to keep me from coming back. Honestly, my biggest complaint is that I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hotel! Chicago had me booked and busy. 😂 Overall: cute room, comfortable stay, convenient amenities, great location, a few areas for improvement—and yes, I’d book voco again! 🏙️✨

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean, food was good and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Loved visiting here wasn’t too bad on walking to some of the attractions that I wanted to see very friendly. Staff will be back again.

Santiago was the best!!! I travel a lot and his service was very attentive.

Nice hotel

A staff cleaning the bathroom at the lounge area was also so rude to me. I understood that the bathroom was closed for cleaning and she was letting people in for emergency purposes and not for vanity. I asked her if I could quickly do my makeup, she said no, so I that it’s totally fine and left the bathroom. This woman followed me outside and said, are you waiting to check-in or about to leave, I said I was about to leave, she scoffed and said you’re leaving and putting make-up on? I don't necessarily think it is her business what I do. I am a paying customer and it’s not like I forced her to let me stay in the bathroom. She is very rude and I hope no one else gets to experience what she did to me. I wish I had gotten her name. On the positive note, JaekWon on the day of check-in was really helpful and accommodating. He did above and beyond to get us to check in to our rooms as early as he can. 10/10 Customer service.

The staff was/were very helpful and kind (Champayne and Vanessa) were "Awesome". My family and I will be returning.

My stay was everything I wanted it to be... I definitely would stay there again.... Beds were very comfortable.

We had an absolute beautiful view from our room over the river into the city. Everything was clean and elegant. Staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. No negatives
