We had a great stay at Level Chicago – River North! The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was gorgeous - spacious, clean and comfortable. The building had great amenities (we especially loved the pool 😍) and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again when we return to Chicago someday! ❤️🌆

A very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a very nice building and a great location with everything close by. Extremely satisfied with this stay and will come back. It met all my high expectations!

Beautiful large room with balcony and the location was perfect. Short walk to the river walk and tons of restaurants nearby. Elevator was a little tricky but fine once we got the hang of it. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect for our needs on this particular trip. The entire kitchen was very useful. And the bathroom was clean as well. Having to call each time to gain access to the garage to park. The parking space available not being wide enough to accommodate a large SUV with car seats installed. No access to a luggage cart upon check in and check out. Having no access to housekeeping even after calling and making a request which was acknowledged, documented and scheduled to be fulfilled. Having no access to trash pickup or the trash chute as it was broken. Being told to bring trash down ourselves daily which was necessary as we stayed with small children. Some staff friendly and others not so much.

The stay was great until we booked Expedia a room with sofa bed because it was 3 of us didn’t realize until we were ready to go to bed that i lt was a regular couch and call front desk they said if we don’t tell the hotel and reserve it personally that i wasn’t garuenteed so extra person had to sleep on the floor couch was already to small or we got the option to move at 12am when we called to a room with sofa bed but didn’t understand why we didn’t just get to begin with but thankfully next morning a manager brante called and apologize upgraded us for free to 2 a 2 bedroom suite and covered are parking for the stay that was great way to handle things and made me confident to come back another stay but i will say the beds are really not soft at all only bad thing i don’t like whole stay and having to call front desk just to get back in garage every time needed to get back in

Location is everything in Chicago. Just down the street from navy pier. We walked everywhere! My documents said 200 dollar deposit when we got there it was 200 a night. Out clearly doesn’t say 200 per night. I told the desk and showed them and the reply was yeah a few people showed me this.

Everything was perfect! Good location, clean rooms; friendly staff! Will definitely be back!

Looked good in photos but it hasn’t really been maintained or cleaned well. Our room was dirty. It had gnats. The top of the baseboards looked like they had never been dusted. The floors were dirty, we had to ask to have it cleaned and vacuumed after we checked in and they didn’t really do much. Furniture stained and trim pieces kept falling off.
