Level Chicago - River North

We had such a great stay! Only complaint was one of the blinds would not shut in one of the bedrooms, but we understood it was probably not fixable in the 2 days we were there. We were also upgraded to a better room upon arrival! Overall 10/10!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We had an amazing view of downtown Chicago from our floor, and our executive suite was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The customer service and our room were excellent.

Amazing place

Friendly competent staff at checkin. The room and the view were spectacular. Wish we would have had time to use more of the amenities. I’d stay again if the opportunity arises.

This place was awesome. My son and I stayed here and it was a huge part of our trip to Chicago going well. Perfectly located by everything but not in the bustle of Michigan Ave. Still close to all the good food and museums. The pool, the lounges, the sauna, were perfect after museum and city days. All in all it was excellent. Highly recommend. The staff was also kinder and more helpful than I I’ve experienced in probably 5 years. Thank you Level River North.

Holes in the carpeting in living room. Door that enters unit doesn’t close without slamming it. Looks like wear and tear since we were there before.

Clean rooms, nice pool, location great

Amazing and beautiful hotel with caring and helpful staff!

The spacious room with full kitchen is very comfortable as well. We have 2 negative points. One is location. It is located around River North but a little bit far from the busy area. So there are not so many places to eat around. Another one is the water pressure in the shower is very weak.

Excellent stay - so clean, great location, wonderful view of the river! The unit's kitchenette and refrigerator were just perfect. I would recommend this "hotel" to my friends.

A couple of things in room were broken. Staff was super responsive and friendly.

This location is ideal for families. The amenities provided are exceptional, scoring a perfect ten out of ten. It offers ample space for a family, including two bathrooms, which was greatly appreciated by my children. The property is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. My only reservation pertains to its distance from Michigan Avenue and the Riverwalk, necessitating a vehicle to access these popular destinations. Otherwise, the experience was flawless.

Great option if you need a full apartment and the amenities are amazing!

Not for family it will work for chilling with your ex or old friends

We arrived early and asked if an early check-in was possible. We understood that it might not be guaranteed, but no one made any effort to provide updates on when our room might be ready. Instead, we were repeatedly told there were no available rooms, and we weren’t able to check in until after 4:00 PM. Because of the delay, we had to rush and get ready in the hotel lobby restroom before our plans, which was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. What made the experience even worse was observing how the front desk staff interacted with other guests. It appeared they were much friendlier and more accommodating to certain people while treating others, including us, with indifference. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

The bar has been set so high by Level River North in Chicago, it would be difficult to stay anywhere else when visiting Chi town! The building felt secure, the grounds were clean, and the amenities were top notch luxury! The only thing I found odd is that our unit did not have a full length mirror...and there were plenty of walls one could have fit on. Oh, and if you like total darkness when you sleep, there was still sunshine that shined through the panoramic windows, even with full shades. But I mean with the view of Chicago, I cannot even say that was a minus. We loved everything about Level. The aesthetic was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen dishes and appliances were well kept and high quality. High quality washer and dryer in the unit. Water pressure and temperature was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was pretty central to the happening areas of the city. Very walkable district. We cannot wait to stay there in the future.

Great clean rooms and very good location.

Really plan ahead when it comes to parking. You’ll get ticketed for just trying to put your things in your vehicle.
