Good location. Clean place. Great price. No complaints!

The beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Can’t beat the price. Would stay again for sure.

Let me do am early check-in and was very clean, went above and beyond as far as cleanliness and I felt very comfortable and safe. Ohio House exceeded my expectations!

$50 additional cost for parking after paying for room $120 which was big surprise for me. Rooms were very clean but there are some sketchy guest staying there and smoking weed so all the hallway smells like pot.

Very clean, great location and good value for price

The first time I came to this hotel was back in August of 1999. I felt in love with this hotel. I love the dinner they had back then. Unfortunately they don't have it any more. But the cleanliness they have now it's excellent!! The only thing I honestly I didn't like is they charge the parking if you came in with a car? That's not good! Because the rate that they charge is more than enough to have the preblage of free parking!

Friendly desk workers

Great location, knowledgeable and helpful staff, room was very clean. Floors and stairs in communal areas were in need of a good mopping/vacuuming. Noisy, late night guests. Could hear the guest’s TV in the next room and guests below me were very loud and could hear them through the vent in my room.

Central and walkable to a lot of places. Beds are comfortable It can be noisy

The motel was in a perfect location for walking distance in downtown Chicago. We appreciated how accommodating and helpful the staff all were. It made our visit that much more special.

Conveniently located in the heart of Chicago but as the front desk clerk clarified, their target market does not include all democratics of Chicago.

People working the front desk were amazing and the cleaners did a great job.

Parking was very small, no guaranteed parking and was an extra 50+$ Staff didn’t tell us about complimentary breakfast served and we were put on a room above the check in desk in a small “tower” looking building. No way to adjust heat so we’re freezing all night

Beds were comfy and location was great! Front desk was friendly too. Tiny rooms and so many smokers right outside the door with cigarette stubs everywhere, made nonsmoking inside feel like smoking anyway

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was good,very walkable. The room was very small. Lots of street noise. I know prices in Chicago are high but the price of this motel was ridiculous and we still had to pay for parking especially since there were no amenities (pool, spa, breakfast).

Parking for additional fee was reasonable. Bed was comfortable. New walkin shower was nice. Staff were amazing. The doors slam making a loud bang. No control of air or fan in the room. Limited options for tv (no world cup in English). Small bathroom. Carpet cleaner they all use smells bad. Street noise was loud.
