We really enjoyed our stay at the Ohio House Hotel and will definitely stay here again! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The front-desk lady was super nice, and the housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. One thing we really appreciated was being able to arrive early, park our car, and head out for the day even though our room wasn’t ready yet. Parking was about $50 per night, but it was worth it for us because the gated lot was right outside our room. There were also security cameras, which made us feel very safe leaving our car there. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet—we didn’t hear anything from other rooms or outside. We had a refrigerator, safe, microwave, and iron. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature. It was comfortable during our stay, though, and we travel with a small fan anyway. The location was another big plus. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Chicago, and having public transportation nearby made it easy to leave our car parked and explore the city without driving. One thing to know about the balconies: they aren’t private to individual rooms. They’re shared balconies that anyone staying at the hotel can use, which we actually thought was a nice feature. Overall, we found the Ohio House to be safe, clean, friendly, quiet, and convenient. Being able to park close to the hotel

The room was very good. Parking was tight. Staff was good. Attached deli was good. Lots of CIty noices Saturday night. Would stay again.

We will be sure to stay here again. Just what we needed and the parking was very convenient.

Room was fantastic. Very updated. Very clean. Garbage cans were a little small. Had easy to use safe. Was given a choice of room locations to better fit our needs. Staff went out of their way to courier forgotten bag to train station. Would recommend and would stay there again. Also close by to Target, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

For location and quality of rooms, I would highly recommend this establishment. The only downside to our stay is that the walls of the rooms were very thin and we could easily hear people opening doors, talking, and walking at all hours of the night. If you have earplugs, then no worries.

Great staff who helped us checkin after a long drive. Although it looks so-so from the street, the rooms are great. We would come back here again.

We were in town to take our son to Moody Bible Institute, and OHM met every need we had for our visit. Our room was immaculate, and the location was amazing. Side note, we ordered a micro fridge for our son's dorm room and it was delivered to the front desk. My husband was grabbing it to put in our minivan, and the young man at the desk came from behind the counter and immediately grabbed it so my husband could open the van. Carried it all the way to van!!! Very grateful for his help, and we will be back!!!

Liked location, cleanliness , staff . It was however a little noisy because of the traffic. Also AC was high and could not be controlled

This property is in a fantastic location and makes for a wonderful place to stay. Almost all major attractions are within easy walking distance, making getting around super convenient without needing extra transportation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!
