Location The room was tiny and crowded. The coffee supplies were terrible. The view looked directly into other rooms so we had to keep the drapes closed.

Hotel was very clean! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was great especially if you are interested in the night life in the city. Location was central to lots in the city. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was amazing and welcoming! The atmosphere felt very lively walking in. People were eating and drinking…. It gave city vibe, but clean. This was a perfect location for my stay in Chicago. I loved the city view. My room, bed, and shower were comfortable and clean. The only downside is wishing I had more time to stay!!
