Great !

Clean rooms. Friendly/helpful staff. We were able to add housekeeping for all days. Close to major attractions. Nice restaurant attached with many options from pastries/desserts to full meals. Parking (not valet) is 2 blocks away. But they do validate (we paid $60 a night). Flat walk to/from garage.

The room was nice & the staff was very welcoming. My suggestion is to bring your own beverages. The fridge in the room did not come stocked.

Great hotel

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. It hit the mark for a short stay, but I'm not sure if I would stay there for an extended trip.

Staff were great and the hotel was clean. Our room was a bit small but we did like it as we were only there 2 days. It’s close to many restaurants and stores which we enjoyed. We did arrived super earlier than the check in times but the staff were nice and helpful in checking us in early

This property is very close to the fire department. We were on the 7th floor but could hear the fire trucks frequently through the night. Otherwise, the property was great. Very clean and convenient to a lot of food options

Super friendly and helpful

Clean room, comfortable bed, great location. Quick check-in, helpful staff. Very dark lobby and hallways. Elevator floors were grungy. Overall, really needs a refresh with updated decor, lighting.

The hotel is great, positioned well too. The room I was in was unfortunately close to an elevator meaning I could hear it through the night! Not terrible but would request a room away if I stay again.

Great location…comfortable…staff were very efficient and friendly. Little noisy at night; but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.

I gave a very low score due to hotel management making the decision to overbook the hotel and that lead to them not being able to honour my reservation, while the staff made some effort to compensate for that by offering points and housing me at a hotel next door, I still find it unacceptable that a hotel can chose not to honour such an expensive reservation.

Hotel was a value for money option for its location.
