Location is perfect. The hotel is located in the central of the city and it’s closer to the fire station. Therefore, you will hear the sirens multiple times during the day, which could be loud, especially during the night in the early morning.

Convenience to all my events. Very short walk. The attached coffee shop and restaurant. The noise from the fire station and busy street.

Aloft River North was a last-minute booking for my boyfriend and me, but it turned out to be a hidden gem. It is located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Not far from the river either. I had read reviews mentioning that the nearby fire station and loud music were bothersome, but honestly, they did not bother me at all. (I'm sensitive to noise)The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean and had a great view. The location of the hotel was great and within walking distant to local bars and restaurants. We requested an extra bottle of water that was never delivered to our room. And we paid for a late check out but we never received the new keys so we were locked out of our rooms temporarily until they activated the new room keys.

Aloft is in the perfect location for getting around the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very close to the Magnificent Mile and all the shopping. Easy walk to the river walk! Plenty to do. The staff was wonderful, especially Soney who was so sweet and helpful. She took hospitality to the next level!

The rooms are comfortable but the friendly and helpful staff set Aloft River North apart from the other nearby hotels. Every time we visit Chicago we stay here.
