Loved the kitchen made it easy to warm up food or cook . Felt like an apartment with amazing views we loved it would stay again ❤️

From checking in, housekeeping and engineering the staff was excellent. Location was great!

Belle chambre, proche de tout et bien situé dans la ville. Notre séjour du mercredi au dimanche, aucun service au chambre… Un ascenseur pour se rendre au lobby et ensuite un autre pour se rendre à la chambre. L’accueil est très bien, mais il manque le service aux chambres pour remplacer les serviettes ou autres. Nous avons demandé de faire changer les draps suite à un dégât involontaire… Manque de personnel, nous avons dû le faire nous même. C’est le seul côté décevant, sinon c’était très bien. Malgré tout, j’y retournerais sans problème.

We loved the terrific location and super soft sheets. The coffee at breakfast was terribly watered down.

Overall, we had a good stay with great accommodations and exceptional, friendly service. The only issue was the pull-out bed—the mattress was so thin you could feel the metal frame underneath. While the front desk was unable to replace the mattress, they kindly provided extra comforters to layer underneath it, which helped make it bearable but not very comfortable. Apart from the pull-out bed, everything else was wonderful, and the staff's helpfulness was much appreciated!

We travel to downtown Chicago twice a year for business and this is by far the best and easiest place to stay. Surrounded by tons of great restaurants, offers a full breakfast, great happy hour in the lobby bar, plus the convenience of a full kitchen if you want to just stay in.

The hotel was right in the heart of downtown very close to great restaurants jazz shows and the magnificent mile. But on my last day of my stay we were the victims of a robbery that changed the whole vacation enjoyment. It’s caused financial and emotional distress to a great weekend.
