The property was very well situated, in an area very close to many tourist attractions. Almost everything was good. A few very small issues, like the lack of a safe in the room, and issues with the closet and bathroom doors.

We booked a one bedroom suite for three. The rooms were really tight - we moved to a corner room which helped. Highly recommend requesting that if you plan to use the pullout couch

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. They were also full of great recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our stay even better. We loved our suite on the 18th floor. It was clean, comfortable, and completely odor-free, which is especially important for someone like me with scent sensitivities. Even though we were on the city side, our room was surprisingly quiet, and we slept very well. The location was perfect for our family and made it easy to get around downtown Chicago. We also felt very safe during our stay. The breakfast had a nice variety of options, including choices that worked well for vegetarians and those avoiding pork. Having a full-size refrigerator and stovetop in the suite was a huge bonus, especially for a family. Overall, this was a fantastic hotel for families, and we would absolutely stay here again! Honestly, we didn’t have many complaints about the property. The only thing we would have enjoyed having was a pool, especially as a family. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and the amenities provided.

The food and drinks It did not have a pool or a rooftop. It was been Worked on the wash room was dirty nonsmall face towels i was looking for to the pool and rooftop

Wonderful location. Nice, big room! Had everything we needed. GREAT coffee in the breakfast room! Very close to River and many great restaurants! Loved it. By accident, we were there on LOLLAPALOOZA Weekend, which I think increased the price! Also, must take 2 elevators to exit building…

We had 4 girls staying in our room and they always made sure to bring up extra towels and hangers super fast after we called. This house cleaning was amazing too keeping our room clean

Loved the kitchen made it easy to warm up food or cook . Felt like an apartment with amazing views we loved it would stay again ❤️

From checking in, housekeeping and engineering the staff was excellent. Location was great!
