Room was kept clean every day. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a little different every day and very tasty. Location is very convenient to walk or catch bus or boat taxi. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, close to many attractions in downtown Chicago. We really enjoyed our stay I didn’t like that the hotel only had one working elevator. This caused long wait times, especially when several guests were trying to go up or down.

The location was good in terms of service, amenities, and location. The only issue we had was with our room's bathroom. The toilet kept trying to refill non-stop as well as there being little to no ventilation so whenever someone took a shower, the bathroom would be humid for a while.

The air conditioning wasn’t cold enough and I was hearing all the noise in the corridor from my room it was uncomfortable to sleep at nights

This Hampton Inn never disappoints!!! Great staff, very clean property, and the location is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, bars, and attractions!

The Hotel and the room were spotless. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the breakfast staff! Breakfast was delicious and fully stocked. We had a great stay.

Everything is clear, thank you. However, you still haven’t refunded the $400 that you charged us immediately on the day we checked into your hotel. By the way, we have never experienced this before — taking such a large deposit in advance. The receptionist told us that the $400 would be refunded back to our card, but we still haven’t received it.
