We had a clean room. The toilet tank would not fill when we arrived and was resolved quickly after arrival.

The hotel was the best part of our trip to Chicago. It's the perfect hotel for families with breakfast included and the swimming pool, not to mention the suite that was actually big enough for a family of 5. It's within walking distance of everything, including the L train to Wrigley Field if you want to catch a Cubs game. The staff was super helpful and proactive when we needed anything. The hotel was clean and safe with a 24/7 security guard. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

The room was nice and clean and the staff were all really friendly. The fire station is next door so the sirens were going off quite regularly. It didn’t spoil anything for me personally but some may not like it. Our toilet was broken and flushed continuously unless you wiggled the flusher.

As a family of 5 we have found our city “home” the location is very walkable and friendly to get yourself to anywhere. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were well cleaned, stocked and prepared. Housekeeping went above and beyond with the kids’ stuffies being arranged on the beds for our days return. Guest laundry is available however they do not make change on site for the quarter operation. Security was on site and were helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast alone is worth half the cost of the stay.

The location is great! The room was warm and some parts of the hotel like the elevator was dirty. The bathroom could be better cleaned and the toilet seat was not properly secured. The parking is not actually on the property but 2 blocks away.

Location, room size Lack of breakfast options, no kettle.
-
Great location, safe, clean, very friendly staff The room was kind of small
-
Breakfas was good and had a variety to choose from Free coffee and water should be available in the lobby all day not just at breakfast

The staff was FANTASTIC!! Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean but here were some things that need to be addressed (which I will share with Hilton). Great location with so much within walking distance. We had a suite, which included a kitchen. I have stayed in numerous hotels with kitchen in the room and must say I was a bit disappointed in this kitchen. Glassware would be great instead of paper cups. Also it would be beneficial to have some cutlery to use in the kitchen. Also hand soap at the kitchen sink. Air conditioning was definitely controlled by the hotel, which is annoying. Oddly when the weekend came the AC worked better. Again, the staff was great! The hotel itself was very nice but OUR room wasn’t the best ~ we looked over a back alley lined with dumpsters.

The staff were very cordial. Breakfast is good.
-
Comfortable, clean, nice staff, good location Only complaint is the breakfast is chaos, long lines and not enough room for the amount of people that go to the breakfast
-
Everything was great. Its was my bday weekend and i came to see Bruno Mars at Solider Field. No complaints

The staff was nice! Upon getting to our room, it was much smaller than anticipated, the couch in the pic near the window you may or may not get a room with it. I asked the staff after we saw our room why it wasn’t there and she said often the pictures don’t reflect the room exactly. I asked to upgrade but there were none available. Cleanliness of room was ok, along the window where it’s sealed looked like mold was growing or just dirty not sure which. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast selection was not great, need more fruit options.
-
It’s very clean and close to the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was plus factor. Staff were courteous. The bathroom tissue holder was so loose that it fell the tissue
-
Room was very clean. The toilet in the bathroom did run often so some maintenance could help with that
-
The breakfast was excellent
