Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Downtown River North

It was a good experience checking in at Courtyard. We came early at the hotel and they let us check in early. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to convenient store and restaurant and subway.

En general muy buen hotel, la habitación limpia y todo funcionaba a la perfección. El trato fue muy bueno. En hotel queda cerca de todo y el acceso es muy fácil.

Location was excellent, bed was comfortable, but shower doors would not stay closed causing quick showers with towels used to sop up floors (mentioned to front desk) Everything good except shower door problem

Everyone was very nice and amazing

We love the location, as many stores and cafes are walkable from this hotel. The staff is friendly and rooms were clean. We visited during the Summer and AC worked great.

Courtyard served all of our needs. Friendly staff answered a few travel related questions. Room was clean & tastefully decorated. Hotel was conveniently located to popular tourist attractions. We caught both the L Train & double decker bus tours within a few blocks of walking.

Clean, comfortable room

This stay was just ok. We paid a little more than $800 for basic 4x4 box. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the amenities weren't great. No on-site food options, besides an extremely overpriced snack corner. No microwave in the room, not even a blow dryer. Disappointing experience for a Marriott.
