The room was clean, every staff member polite and helpful. Great location, safe walkable to lots of places: grocery store, the mall, river front, lots of restaurantsand bars nearby as well. Train station nearby.

Watch what you’re charged for. We arrived early and was told there was a room ready did I want to take it. I said yes, I was not informed I would be charged $50.00 more for this, in what they call “Upsell Revenue”. The person checking us in never said anything about an upcharge or we would have waited. It turned out we should have waited because the bathroom was so small the sink was outside the bathroom. We had to let the shower water run for a long time before it got warm and then it was only lukewarm sometimes. Ask what the taxes are before booking. It’s not the hotels fault but almost $100 in taxes for one night adds up!

wifi I was unable to connect to the internet. Front desk connected me to the IT dept, I explained that when I tried to log in I kept getting the log in page, I was unable to fill it because another login page came up. I got mu;it pages. The IT guy kept asking for my mac address, I asked why am I getting all these pages? He asked me for my mac address, I asked him if he was going to fix his system, he just asked me for my mac address, I got mad and hung up on him.Their IT support sucks.

Super clean and friendly. The location is great to get up to Michigan avenue, the river, as well as tons of convenient bars and restaurants. I highly recommended this location!

It was a good experience checking in at Courtyard. We came early at the hotel and they let us check in early. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to convenient store and restaurant and subway.
