Fabulous room, upgraded at check in as we had an extra family member staying with us. This set a really great tone for the stay. The room was perfect for us. The gym is exceptional. Location excellent. And we had some good meals. The room staff were truly excellent, remembered us by name and so pleasant and professional. We will def use Tump International as our go-to when coming to visit our son who is now studying at Purdue.

The service and rooms were excellent. Beds were comfortable and views were to die for. The food at Terra16 was a good but the wait times and food service took to long. Our fruit platter took over a half hour for breakfast. The spa was nice, but the lockers were hard to use or some worked and some did not lock. Front desk was exceptional and property was gorgeous. I would definitely stay again and was very happy with the staff who generally were attentive and kind.

One of the biggest surprises was the pool and spa area. The pool is absolutely incredible—beautiful, relaxing, and unlike what you typically find in a city hotel. Even the locker rooms feel luxurious, with excellent amenities and a high-end spa atmosphere. It really adds another level to the experience. The location is also hard to beat. You’re right in the heart of Chicago, within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk, Michigan Avenue, restaurants, shopping, and many of the city’s biggest attractions. Whatever your opinion may be of the Trump name, try taking the name out of the equation when considering this hotel. Judge it simply on the property, location, rooms, amenities, and service. On those merits, it’s an exceptional luxury hotel and one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Chicago. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place was crazy amazing!!!! Positioned perfectly in heart of Downtown Chicago! You are so close to everything! Customer service was top tier! They treated my family with so much care and everyone was so kind!!! We will absolutely return and stay again when we make our way back to Chicago! Thank you Trump Tower for an amazing stay!

Another positive point was our room had a kitchenette with stove, utensils, a FULL BAR WITH AFFORDABLE PRICES!!! The room service is open 24/7 and that’s something rare that a lot of hotels don’t have! The bathtub was huge 🥰😍 Probablt my favorite amenities! Loved how the rooms were cleaned by the staff! We didn’t even have to ask! I have so many positive things to say! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! You won’t regret it! ❤️❤️❤️

This was an incredible experience, absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with regards to accommodations. Our flight from Alaska landed at 9 am and we were at the hotel, exhausted, just looking for a place to put our bags before 10. We were given a six-hour early check-in at no charge. At checkout, our flight didn’t leave for five hours, so again, we asked for a place to put our bags, and were given a three-hour late checkout to accommodate our flight. No charge. The room was immaculate, the spa and fitness center were wonderful, and the view of the Chicago River and the historical buildings around the hotel are unparalleled. We will definitely be back.
