Very clean! I’m very squeamish about sleeping in other beds and in hotels, so cleanliness is the first thing I need to feel confident about in order to book. The reviews I saw for this hotel were amazing so I knew I’d probably be satisfied, and I very much was. Very clean, smelled good everywhere. I had no second thoughts laying down in the bed and passing out every night. I felt comfortable in it as if it was my own bed at home! Ariana was great, she’s helpful and super friendly! Her, the receptionist staff, and the breakfast staff were all really nice, and efficient in what they do! There was little to no rotation/variety of breakfast foods day by day. The amount of options was great and the quality of food was great, but it sucked to find out it was the same exact thing every day.

Convenient location, good breakfast included During our stay the facility had no hot water. The Google Photos showed a pool but there was not a pool onsite.

I absolutely love the location of this hotel! It’s pretty central to everything. My sister and I have been booking this hotel for Lollapalooza for the past three years and it’s a convenient walk to Grant Park. The breakfast isn’t the greatest but it is free. I wish they rotated out more items every day. Or at least add more fresh breakfast item options like a pancake station. That would be awesome!

Closer to many restaurants and transits 2 breakfast rooms with good food options Only 1 or 2 elevators was working among the 3. Getting to the top floors and back was frustrating with lots of people waiting at bunch of floors
