Overall the place was solid except for a big miscommunication. When I booked the stay I called the hotel and said that me and a friend were splitting the room with two credit cards. Is that able to be done? I was told yes by the person on the phone, and yes by the check in person when I got to the hotel. They both said it just needs to be done at check out, I had a 6am flight at check out, so I was checking out around 4:30am. Went to complete the transaction and was then told I can’t because it was booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel. When I said I was told by two employees that this could be done, I was then told sorry but they had it wrong. Completely unacceptable and terrible communication. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that.
