This was the perfect place for us as it was close to the Red line to get us to Wrigley Field for the baseball games we were in town for. Also with in walking distance to Navy Pier and OTC.
-
Felt satisfactory with the stay, with the cleanliness, with the free breakfast. The only challenge we had was with loading and unloading due to traffic and along the main road with traffic.
-
Large, spacious rooms that had a nice seating area. Staff were very helpful, and they had lots of amenities (eg laundry machines with free detergent, large gym). Free breakfast was of stellar quality. Location is also very close to just about everything.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my vehicle during our stay at the Hyatt Place Chicago When we checked into the hotel on August 30, the front desk specifically recommended that we use the hotel’s valet service. At the time, the front desk made it seem like valet parking was the safest and best option for our vehicle. Based on that recommendation, we decided to use the valet and paid approximately $74 per day for the service, expecting our vehicle to be safely parked and handled. However, when we checked out on September 1, the valet attendant brought our vehicle to us and informed us that he had parked it directly in front of the hotel, parallel to the curb on the street. This was different from where our vehicle had been parked on the previous days, when it had been kept in the garage. Unfortunately, there is now significant damage on the right side of our vehicle. Because the vehicle was parked parallel to the street and the damage is primarily on the right side, none of the members of our party noticed the damage when we initially received the car. We were also dealing with the extremely busy Chicago environment and did not have an opportunity to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before leaving. We only discovered the damage approximately two hours after leaving Chicago, when we stopped at a gas station .

The breakfast was just terrible. Scrambled eggs from powder, no greens or any other vegetables, pancakes from frozen mix etc. We had to go to nearest place to eat a proper food.
-
The room was clean, large and comfortable. The bathroom was fine. We were only there for one night and did not utilize the fitness center. Valet parking was faster than we were led to believe. The breakfast was disappointing. Lots of disposables (paper plates, etc). Partially thawed berries (not fresh or warmed up) for the yogurt and oatmeal. And breakfast ends at 9 am which seems a bit early. Would likely stay again and skip the breakfast.

The view of our first room was nice. They did up moving us from the 10th floor to the 3rd floor First room the sofa bed was broken. Hard to pull up then when we’re able to get it out the springs were on the floor broken. I Was not going to allow my son to sleep on it. They changed our room from 10th floor to the 3rd. Veiw sucked. The shower drain was terrible slow to drain. And the tv kept going in and out. The breakfast was like school breakfast.
