One thing to note is that parking at the hotel is limited. We found that Greenway Self Park Garage, about 0.1 miles away, was a great alternative. If you book a spot through SpotHero, you can usually get a better price. The hotel is located directly across from a fire station, which made the area feel very safe. However, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, keep in mind that you may occasionally hear fire truck sirens. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Clean, quiet. Good night's rest.

The fire station next door is a busy station and the ear plugs left in the room were helpful. The location is good, right in the middle of it all.

Every staff member we came into contact with was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable including a pull out bed. They have valet parking but we chose self parking so we had to walk a couple of blocks, but it was easy.

Breakfast was very bad and parking was expensive

This hotel is centrally located to all the sights, all within walking distance. Breakfast is included. The large windows overlooking the city were amazing! We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Chicago.

We just came off a nice 4 night stay in Chicago. The hotel was clean, everyone at the front desk was receptive and accommodating, telling us many places to go during our visit. The highlight of our stay came from the breakfast each morning. Javier, Fannie and Diana made sure we were taken care of. They were super nice and took the time to get to know us while we were there. The food was hot and we'll prepared. Thanks to each of you for a job well done. It made our stay that much more enjoyable 😀

Centrally located and an easy walk to all of the sites we wanted to see

Great stay. The extra space was nice for me, my husband and two teen boys to spread out a bit. Convenient location. Recommend the Beatrix nearby that is mentioned on their website. Would stay again if in town. If you aren’t from the city you may hear the sirens - they did provide ear plugs. I didn’t notice any traffic noise - we were on the 14th floor for reference.

AC could have been better

We had a reservation for 3 rooms for 2 nights but unfortunately did not get to stay there. They had overbooked which I thought was terribly rude. They knew we were coming but did not honor the reservation. They did find us rooms at a different hotel which was $100 less per room per night than the one we reserved. Also, it did not have free breakfast or valet parking. We were given a credit to use for breakfast at the 2nd hotel but unfortunately it did not cover the entire bill. We had made dinner reservations at a place 4 blocks from the 1st hotel but was a mile and a half away from the one we ended up in. Because we had already dropped our car at valet parking it took a while to get our car back so we could move it to the 2nd hotel. All in all it took about an hour and a half to get checked in at the 2nd hotel. I will say the staff at the 2nd hotel was very nice and accommodating but we never should have had to move. Will not stay at a Fairfield Inn again if that is their policy to over book

I traveled with my husband and 2 small kids. Check in was quick and easy. Valet was efficient and easy! However it is pricey. Breakfast service from Javier and Frannie was wonderful! They were so helpful and kind! Javier even got some coloring pages and crayons for my kids so thoughtful! Amazing service! Got extra towels quickly when asked front desk. No delay in service, I would stay again!
