I loved it, Clean room , nice staff

Love love love it just need a fridge in the room or Ice on the floor

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful (especially when I needed a new room key!). they were able to accommodate an early check in and made the stay very easy. the room itself was clean and a good size. the amenities of the property were great, and the hotel was very accessible to the city. overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

The bed was super comfy. Location is good as well. Staff were not friendly at all so did not feel welcomed. The room was not really as described. They also gave me a room looking out to other rooms and some weird mini roof w/ no view so I had to keep the blackout curtains closed the entire time. This made an already dark room (no overhead lights) darker. This may be on me for not realizing sooner, but there' is no desk or refrigerator in the room. So I had to work while sitting in bed. Could not work downstairs as it's more of a social/party scene.

Really enjoyed our recent stay at the Moxy, which is extremely well-located in River North. The front desk staff assisted with every request. Enjoy DJ, games, foosball, video games, and free coffee and water in the lobby bar. Coffee, beverages, and tacos are for sale in the restaurant most hours of the day. The gym was great. My one complaint was the room layout and bathroom situation. The sink is located in the room, and the shower and toilet are in a separate room. The bathroom was completely fine, but also just didn't give a real luxurious feel, and it was inconvenient to have to walk out to wash your hands. Daily housekeeping and towel changes available upon request. All in all-- a great experience. Thank you!

Perfect if you’re on a short stay and will spend most of your day out of the room exploring! Very friendly staff.

Had an incident, but one of the managers helped me feel better about it and offered accommodations. The food downstairs is delicious! Would come back.

The staff was phenomenal they made our stay 5 stars! We will definitely be returning, Dani the bartender was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was great, the staff was extremely helpful and let us leave our bags for our last day even after checking out. Amazing experience

First time staying in Chicago and Moxy Downtown Chicago had great friendly and polite customer service at the front desk. Zombie Taco acts as both a restaurant and convenience store, and the gym has a punching bag and free weights as an added plus. Would stay again!

room was clean but extremely small. the staff was welcoming and it was nice to get two free drinks! there was no real coffee in the am-just drip from like the gas station. the taco bar downstairs seemed useful but was too expensive for us to want to try. the location was extremely convenient though! i would ask for more lighting in the room for when getting ready. otherwise it did the job for a one night stay.
