Location Very loud even the walls and the door not good isolated I could hear everything and everybody
-
Stayed in a private queen bed room with private bathroom. Although room was very small (as expected), it was clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our needs. N/A

Very loud at night due to club next door, walls are super thin so you can also here all the goes on in hallway and neighboring rooms. No fridge, microwave, chair, or even a pen and paper were provided. View was also right into someone else’s room!

The staff was polite and very helpful, but I can’t say anything good about the property. The rooms (and I was moved twice so I saw 3 of them) are small, dark, cramped, and have poor layouts. The blinds were broken in all three rooms, though there is probably nothing to see anyway except for a brick wall, unless you’re in a room facing Wells Street. The shower handle was very iffy, the hot water slow, the sheets terrible (though the pillows were good). It’s a great location and if you want to stay a night or two it’s probably not too bad but there are a dozen hotels within a half a mile with comparable rates. The building, I later found out, was formerly a hostel. Though it has the Marriott name on it you shouldn’t confuse it with a great place to stay. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I was feeling generous. Once again, not the staff’s fault, they were great.

Great stay!

Superb

I enjoyed my stay - I did want to point out the tripping hazard heading into the front doorway - the small step while it has a sticker on it to point it out - is dangerous and poorly lit at night. I tripped and was shaken up and a bit bruised. I think this is something that should be fixed.

Gym access for free down the street was a really great perk. Coffee in lobby was decent, better than regular hotel lobby coffee!

Location was great. A lot of restaurant options and close to sites/transportation. Room decor was simple and pleasant. Tavern next door was very loud in the evenings. I was disappointed that our room was only cleaned once in the five nights we were there.

The location was close to at the time and the price I got . The bar inside even tho I want there for bathroom.
-
Great hotel and staff was amazing! Noise on a Saturday night on the second story at street level almost was unbearable(outdoor noise being people and loud cars)
-
Location was the only true bright spot of this location Older property, extremely small, the hotel charged me a second time with a preauthorization that held my money up, after booking.com had already charged my card.

Great staff really good location, room was very small

Staff were friendly Currently suffering from PDST from our stay - wow - the street noise was insane - horrifying - you swore any minute there would be an explosion of an accident right through your window - and it was ALL NIGHT LONG - 7pm - 6:30 am - racing engines - backfiring - mufflers - tire screeching you name it - you couldn’t think/ sleep/ talk …. Awful - the AC unit had a distant alarm noise that was non stop as well the only way you could stop the noise inside the room was to turn off the ac and it was 90plus degrees so that couldn’t happen - we immediately left to go on holiday in Montreal and we are still having the shakes over the experience at FOUND - and it’s too bad bc the staff were lovely but NEVER EVER AGAIN - ?

Great staff and service. Only critics is the rooms are exceptional small the price being charged.

Friendly staff, clean room, location and decent in room coffee. I had a choice at booking to choose a city view room or building view and choice to pay a little extra for the city view but did not get it. All I could see was another building. Disappointing. Room was extremely moist, like a sauna but not hot. Music from the club downstairs was annoying. Don't think I saw anything online about there being a loud club on the first floor. Just wasn't a great experience.

Great location! The hotel is steps away from a Target, coffee shops and lively restaurants. The subway train is 6 minutes down the road. The rooms are what you would expect for a city hotel, just enough space.
