Quarto tamanho excelente, com camas super confortáveis. Roupa de cama impecável. Limpeza é feita todos os dias nos quartos e banheiros e toda roupa de cama e banho trocada. Hotel com todos os funcionários simpáticos. Ponto de ônibus ao lado. Supermercado há duas quadras. Restaurantes na mesma quadra. Perfeito. Estão de parabéns. Gostaria que todos os hotéis fossem assim. Recomendado totalmente para família.

The rooms were a little tired, looking and the phone didn’t work. But it was pleasant enough if you could get over the thumping club music from the rooftop!

For one, I loved the location; It was located around several restaurants and stores second, I was able to check in slightly early than their normal time. The young lady at the desk was very polite and professional. And I had a great view of the city.

There were a couple of maintenance issues…the air needed repair and the sink was clogged, but they were handled. Amenities are limited outside of the spa and IQ Rooftop, which was a highlight. The views, food, and drinks were great—definitely try the frosé. Breakfast at Yasemi was disappointing, though. The service and food didn’t meet expectations, even with a simple order, and they were out of bacon. Overall, a solid stay with a few standout moments, but room for improvement.
