Sheets had stains on them. Room service was every other day (which I personally find weird idk if that’s normal). No hand soap for washing your hands after the bathroom?? We asked for soap and they said the facial bar soap was all they had which is absolutely insane bc how are ppl washing their hands after they use the bathroom? Blanket was also super thin. Otherwise it was decent. I just wouldn’t really come back given the many other options.

I did not spend much time at the property, however, the time I was there was perfect.
-
The view of the alley was quite unique. Thee dirt on the shower door was lovely and the HDMI cord was unplugged when I got in the room.

Good value for a spacious hotel stay. Breakfast items were limited. We had a room cleaned once during our three-night stay and cleaning standards were not up to par. Trash cans were partially cleared out. Location was GREAT! Convenient to many restaurants and shopping areas.

Stay: 4 nights in suite 407 We booked through Expedia based on the listing that showed covered parking on site. This was misleading. The parking structure is a block away. The suite itself needs renovation. 1. Cleanliness: The sofa had spots and tears and the chair had a hole in it. 2. Condition: The walls had painted patches. The pull out sofa bed fitted sheet was smaller than the bed. 3. Breakfast: It was same food all 4 days. 4. Smoking: The balcony floor looked like it never been cleaned. There ia a" No smoking" sign on the balcony but the manager was smoking out there on the morning of 8/12. For the price we paid, we expected much better. We are not happy with this stay and do not recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness overall was good

great hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful!!!

Breakfast was great!

Furthermore, the shower gel in my room was empty and hadn’t been refilled even after I had complained 24 hours earlier. This time, I made a loud complaint at 7 am the following day. To my frustration, the cleaning staff informed me that they don’t arrive until 9 am and that I was ranked 10th on their list. some of the staff were very friendly but they looked helpless and their hands tied.

Cons: Though Shawn was great, the breakfast was lacking. Also, they served the same dried out sausage patties and circular eggs all four mornings we were there!

My room was very clean with an amazing view!

Well located, big fridge, dishwasher, plates and silverware, microwave but no stove top. Lobby at street level is not the main lobby, go to 2nd floor for check in. For parking use spot hero app, we got a good deal close by of about $25 per day in covered garage. Breakfast ok, breads, waffles, muffins , egg, sausage, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, toppings, cereal etc. Only thing is there were only 2 towels in room, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty, and ran out of toilet paper. Our room was not serviced just trash was removed on 3rd day. Overall ok and best price around when we were looking. Would stay again

Awful experience with the front office, breakfast and housekeeping staff. The only two nice staff members were the part time porter and the housekeeping manager. Oh and a Latina housekeeper who was always nice and friendly.
-
Terrible front receptionist, she was extremely rude and not helpful. This hotel booked out the room I had already reserved and paid for. Very unprofessional and disappointing coming here. Do not recommend!
-
You won’t regret staying here! Amazing staff!
-
Only booked here because Expedia advertised free parking and that ended up not being the case, way too expensive for how horrible the breakfast was and would have saved a lot if I just booked somewhere else.
-
Easy check in on 2nd floor. Courteous and professional staff— from check in to maintenance team. Everyone was nice. Comfortable beds and good location. Breakfast below average, but area was clean and organized.

El peor hotel de mi vida! Jamas regresaria!!
-
Cons: torn bedding, ripped couch, extent of housekeeping was putting a fresh set of towels in the room. Did not remove/empty trash, didn’t pick up used towels, replace amenities or replace bedding/make beds. The noise from outside (the street) left me unable to sleep on the last night - it was almost as if the windows were open - absolutely no sound abatement. For what we paid, I’d probably not choose this hotel again. Expected better from a Hilton
