staff was great. I forgot the name of the receptionist guy who checked us in. He was very courteous and answered my inquiries accordingly and while waiting for our Lyft, Toba made sure to look out for us and even told us to wait on 2nd floor so we can relax...overall we had a very good stay...clean hotel though I wish we had more pillows...i should have asked but we managed...keep up the good work, everyone...

Room had an odor that wouldn’t go away. Most of the staff were nice and helpful.

The room was great. Make sure to drop off your stuff in front or else you'll lug it two blocks to the parking garage.

The hotel is in a good location, easy access to bus 22 & 66, walking distance to the magnificent mile and river walk. Love the kitchen in the room, full size fridge and a dishwasher, very convenient! Breakfast is okay, charge up the energy before the day starts. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the river north area.

The room was nice and spacious. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the front desk was very helpful with everything. Very walkable area, there are a lot of restaurants near by. I liked the area, everything was the way I expected. I would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and right in downtown so we were able to walk everywhere! Very nice staff and hotel stay was very nice

For me it’s far to walk around downtown,We’re staying there for 6 days no cleaning at all.Theres 3 of us but only 2bath towels. They forgot to refill the bath body soap.I just only ask the bed sheet I’m the one who changes the sheet.Their not friendly at all.Free breakfast but almost same food every day. They don’t even smile or greet you.I been traveling around the world but this one of the worst hotel I ever stay.Sorry my words my I’m just telling the truth.

A few days before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to request an induction cooktop. I was assured that one would be available for me at check-in, but unfortunately, it was never provided during my stay. Despite making multiple requests, my room was not cleaned, the bed linens were not changed, and the bathroom amenities were not replenished. These are basic housekeeping services that guests should reasonably expect. I also paid an additional charge for a City View room, but the room overlooked the back of neighboring buildings rather than offering an actual city view. The room description was misleading and did not match what was provided. At check-in, complimentary bottled water was not offered. In addition, the furniture appeared dated and had noticeable stains. When I picked up one of the glasses in the room to fill with my own bottled water, it still contained soap residue, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. Another concern was the area immediately surrounding the hotel. There were frequently individuals loitering near the entrance. While I understand this is outside the hotel’s control, it did not make us feel particularly comfortable while traveling with family.

Some staff was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Hotel is conveniently located, but needs TLC. Had issues with appliances and TV not working, dents and scratches on walls. Some staff are friendly, others would barely look up from their phones to offer assistance. It's the cheapest hotel in the area for a reason; you get what you pay for. Wouldn't stay there again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was great for what we were doing. We stayed with two young kids and it was a good experience.
-
Great Doorman, terrible breakfast, use an app for parking two blocks away
-
Location The room smelled, was half cleaned, and the bathroom faucet was broken, flooding the bathroom. The kitchen in the suite was a joke. Appliances in the kitchen were broken, and flooded the bathroom
-
The biggest problem, which was a small problem honestly, was that the bottom two drawers of the dresser were broken. Broken in the way where they still worked, but it was hard to open and close them and you're afraid of making it worse.

Great location. Comfy bed. Grey water pressure. The only reason for not giving a 5 star was we didn’t get maid service once the whole time we were there. We got 2 towels for 4 people and had to keep calling for more. We asked for service 3 times because our trash was overflowing. That and slow elevators.
