Hotel Felix River North/Magnificent Mile

Excellent spot, in the perfect location. Parking at the property is pretty expensive, but there are cheaper parking garages close by.

The hotel did not clean our room until we contacted the staff of when contacted took remain uncleared . It also seemed like some of the valet employees were either new or there was a lack of communication, because our vehicle was delayed several times—even beyond the estimated pickup time. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement in both housekeeping and valet service.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Location was great for walking to many nearby attractions.

The staff did not explain that room cleaning was available only upon request. For the breakfast specialty coffee you had to wait for the front desk staff to be available.

Love this hotel , great area

Staff are friendly. Facility is not as clean. Elevator does not look like being cleaned often. My room is so oddly set up. The refrigerator and microwave is blocking the small closet which has the cloth steamer set up five feet up. The microwave cable is actually blocking the closet. No coffee maker. No cups. Charge $5 each luggage to keep temporarily after check out.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to what we needed and felt safe. I would say again.

The hotel was comfortable and well-decorated. The hotel is older but it had a nice remodel at some point. The price is good for a downtown hotel. The immediate neighborhood is nice with other nice buildings and restaurants nearby. A couple of suggestions: A cup to use when brushing teeth would have been nice, a refrigerator in the room would have been nice, the bed was too close to the bathroom door and I banged my shins numerous times. Otherwise, I enjoyed the room.

The staff was very helpful. There were issues with the use of the TV but the staff was helpful with this.

the room I was in 1120 was small, intimate lodging it was on the Northwest loop of Chicago great place for many choices of food like the Ambar ,Sunny side up ,Gordon Ramsey Burger and a Target and Walgreens Garrett popcorn shop in the area everything was walking distance the staff was semi helpful or needs more customer service etiquette overall I would letter grade B+ they did have a free coffee and such and they did have a snacks vending area to purchase items like Cheetos and water

Emma was great! She is an asset to the hotel. She is very knowledgeable of the surrounding area.

Rooms were small, but for the price it was good. The valet was expensive and took a while to get our car, but I don't think they are associated with the hotel, just use their lobby.

The hotel is at a central location. Close to a lot of nice restaurants. The hotel needs updating.

Location and staff

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff who checked us in and out were incredibly kind and welcoming. The location was perfect—we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, which made our trip so convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Very clean, nice staff, good location. The no microwave and no mini fridge in the room are truly kinda unforgivable when you consider the cost of food in the area. There’s 0 options to keep or prepare food.
