Clean Room and bathroom. Staff was very nice. Fruits in the morning were great. Recommend hotel.

Classy hotel with cozy rooms that provided everything we needed to get a good nights rest each night for 4 nights. Walk-in shower, mini fridge, TV and comfy bed. It was a great home base while my partner and I explored the city. Absolutely perfect location if you're just visiting Chicago. Tons of restaurants nearby and CVS and Walgreens are down the street for anything else you may need.

I usually stay here frequently with my husband or family members when in town. I was a little disappointed with the service somewhat this last visit. This is one of my favorite areas to stay . First off l never travel without at least one other person. I noticed my booking Expedia only listed me as a guest. I reached out to the hotel via Expedia email to advise hotel that it's two guest instead of just me. I got a response back. It was fine since the room I booked would accommodate two. The first thing that was somewhat annoying to me is when I was checking in, an elderly gentleman interrupted check-in process to talk to the clerk because she spoke his language. There was no attempt by her or him to say excuse me or pardon me please. I was just standing there after getting in town and being on the road for hours to kind of be pushed aside to wait with no apology before or after. The other clerk who spoke English had just finished with a customer and I was almost tempted to jump over to the other line since she was free but my credit card and ID was in the hands of the first clerk. It was an awkward moment which I feel could have been handled better and more professionally. The icing on the cake is we were given room keys for two but I was only given enough VIP tickets for the drinks for myself. I didn't complain because maybe it was my mistake when I booked my night confirming for two instead of 1 guest. However, after dealing with being slighted by a customer interrupt

I truly enjoyed my stay! It was a great experience and definitely worth the visit. I loved the fact that all of my activities were all in proximity of the hotel. 10/10

I did not use the restaurant or bar and I did not have my room cleaned during my stay.

The room we stayed in was very clean! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Everything was great! I plan on staying there again when I come back in October!

Stayed at this hotel for lollapalooza and even though it was bit of walk to the festival, the train station was near by. We got there before check in and the staff was able to keep our bags for us. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Loved the place! Amazing staff and cute hotel

Great location great location to walking. Rooms are small. The vallet service is a cost $75 a night. On the day, we were the only one person worked, and it took quite a while.

The sink was shallow and splashed water everywhere every time I turned it on. The shower curtain did not contain the water either, and splashed water all over the floor. The draining water in the shower made a loud noise that lasted for a long time and had to keep the bathroom door closed. Room was cleaned everyday but nothing got filled. I had to make a special request each time I ran out of hand soap and conditioner. Will not stay here again.
-
They wanted to give us a nasty room that smelled like cigarettes and had previous ball hair all over the bed, shower was dirty nothing was cleaned, and then we got to our second room and we asked for maintenance on the room, new towels, new bed sheets everything and didn’t get any type of cleaning whatsoever, people here were cool but the way they run the hotel isn’t superb enough, no matter the area the hotel should be able to accommodate anybody at any time.

The hotel location is great, walking distance to many amenities and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Although the room was quite small with the basics the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Room was clean & hotel staff was very friendly!

Beds were VERY uncomfortable and the street noise was outrageous..like street racing all night outside
-
Very comfortable room, kind and helpful staff. Great location with a wide range of restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Pleasant area to walk around, with the train convenient and nearby as well for farther destinations. Enjoyed the little bar/cafe in the lobby. Our stay could not have been better.

The hotel is very central, if you want to walk and get to know the city, this hotel is perfect, in addition to being in a safe and clean area, its rooms are small, but it is good for the stay, because one only goes to sleep, so it is perfect, if you want to walk as a tourist
