They charged extras on my credit card that were not true and they take too long to solve

Hidden destination charge of $25/day felt scammy on top of the city taxes.

Place was great, good location, great views from room, very nice and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, had soft and firm pillows, shower had great pressure. Breakfast every morning was delicious especially the biscuits. Would def stay at this location everytime I go to Chicago. The only small thing I can complain about was the toliet was very low to the ground,felt like sitting on ground. But wouldn’t stop from staying again and again.

I paid for a very expensive room and for a skyline view, and I got a rooftop in front of my room with the skyline in the background. It was very ugly. Then I was leaving the room on checkout day and they had painted my door and my daughter and I got painted all over us in our bags. The lady at the checkout gave me points, but I did email them and let them know that I use hotels.com and what else they can do for me and they never got back to me. I will never stay there again. The location was pretty good. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. I had trouble sleeping at night.

Staff was pleasantly helpful but the hotel rooms are outdated. The ice machine didn’t work. I didn’t like how far parking was and I wasn’t aware we had to pay for parking at a hotel we already paid to stay at. Doesn’t make any sense. Parking totaled to almost $50 for just one night stay. Breakfast was horrible.

Great location, very clean, but most of all they had the best staff and customer service I’ve ever had! We wanted to mention Joshua specifically.
