Very nice

Clean room and very kind and helpful front desk staff

We really liked the location of the hotel, and the staff were friendly. The condition of our room was not okay - upon arrival we discovered a hole in the ceiling, hole in the bathroom door, the magnifying cosmetic mirror was broken, my husband sat down in the chair which immediately broke (two front legs fell off), the exterior handle to the bathroom door fell off, the provided body wash was empty, our room was humid for the first couple days, and we had 3 guests - they only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths which was very frustrating (in hospitality you know how many guests will be staying and should plan accordingly for a nice stay), even as they cleaned our room each day they still continued to provide only 2 towels and 2 washcloths despite me asking for 3! The hotel was very affordable given its location, so I guess you get what you pay for. Not sure that we would stay here again.

Room, staff, pool, and cleanliness were are great!

This was located in a perfect location- close enough to everything Chicago has to offer but also a little secluded. I will definitely stay here again!

Rooms need updates especially bathrooms

We had a good stay, but definitely wish the heated pool was a bit more.. heated.

Hotel is conveniently located to several great places. Easy to get to and from. Rooms a little worn. Need some upkeep. Staff always seemed to be bothered if I had a question. Overall stay was really good, but friendliness of some of the guest reception staff was not that good. Kitchen and bar staff were great.

Central area close to everything I wanted to do N/A

We had 3 rooms. One room had an inoperative Keurig-type coffee maker, and one room had a very noisy a/c unit. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very good, and the location is ideal for hanging out downtown and exploring the riverwalk. The price justifies having everything in the rooms operating as it should, therefore 4 stars.

Hotel was good. Nice spot near the river. Lobby on 15th floor was lovely including snack store, bar, large TV, and lots of seating. Indoor pool was good. Cleaning staff were all very nice and helpful. Standard rooms. Surprised no fan in bathroom or recycling bins in each room but fine otherwise.

This hotel was very nice. We liked the room, the pool, the bar area, and the location on the Chicago Riverwalk. My only complaint was that each day during our stay we had to contact the front desk in order to have enough towels or coffee for all three of us.

Good experience, staff were lovely, cleaned rooms, big plus they provide dove soap.

Simply amazing experience from checking in to checking out. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Location , we took the sky view it was amazing No water supply when needed to drink ! Quality of offered coffee in the room is of low level !
