High rise. Breakfast menu is the same throughout my 5 days of stay. You can only buy breakfast for 2 person. The rest of the family will be paying daily of $35.

Everything was great, the rooms could use some upgrading for the price, but it was an awesome place and the location couldn’t be better.

Long check-in time. Had to park across the street and bring the ticket BACK to the front desk (wait in line again) so we weren't charged by the hour. Hair dryer did not work. Was very basic for $500 per night.

AC was making noises, hard to sleep. Towels had stains. Description of the room said it can accommodate 3 people, but in reality had just 1 bed and couch which doesn't convert into bed and it is impossible to fit in it. One of the carts had flat tire.

Great staff, very helpful. The AC was a bit noisy in the room. The pool and the huge lobby at the 15th floor were great.

We had a city view room with a stunning view. It was the highlight of my sons trip.

Expedia showed the room had a pullout bed but it did not. When we called operator to get us an additional blanket and pillows they never provided one.

Although we checked in as a family of four it was hard to get the needed towels and washcloths. The first night we had two towels and no washcloths, but they brought them once requested in about 30 minutes. The second night we were only given two washcloths and when I request two more it took about 4 hours to receive them. One washcloth had what I'm choosing to call a makeup stain on it - although I don't know what it was and the other had what looked like pubic hair in it. Thankfully I had packed some disposable face towels that we used in lieu of the washcloths. Other than that, our stay was fine and the staff was great even though it was easy to see staffing is very lean.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic!

It was our first time in Chicago and this was the perfect place to stay. Close to most of what we wanted to see. I recommend their breakfast brunch, we had vouchers and you can eat the buffet style breakfast until 10:30 am. It has a great variety of options. So you have a good source of food in you to then go adventure for the day. Lovely stay! Will come back again!

Nice room, had a view of the riverwalk. The A/C unit was extremely loud inside the room would be my only complaint.

Location is amazing. Close to the river walk. Parking is easy.

Hotel is beautiful but there is no parking nearby for visitors. Room was clean, but I requested a city view and the view was the pool and equipment rooftop surrounded by buildings. Basically zero view of anything. Kind of disappointed. Staff was very good...helpful and kind. Location was excellent.

Nice hotel in an area that was perfect for our stay! close to lots of food and drink options in a clean neighborhood.
