The Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel Chicago Loop

Great position. Service staff ( not the reception) were extremely kind and warm. Not very clean, we asked to have the room cleaned as we found some socks from the client before under the bed but the socks remained all the time. Elevators were always full as not all of them worked. The room was smaller and not as well maintained than what could be perceived in photos.

The team had an amazing time here, staff were friendly, the hotel was beautiful. Best decision!

The bartenders are very nice, if you're looking for that and food options are near by. They have a $10 credit they give you each day of your stay you can use at the bar, if that's your thing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the valet which worked great for our stay. There’s a Starbucks off the lobby. Our room had a view of the roof which was not what I was expecting and the bathroom is really small so just be aware of that.

Small rooms, but what they lack in size they make up in everything else… great location and lovely staff.

Everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Beautiful hotel, bar and lobby area, so chic and comfortable. Location is also ideal as it is so near everything. Would highly recommend. Having to leave !!

Excellent location

Great location, very central. Close to several train stations. Walking distance to the river, shopping district and restaurant, while being a quiet enough and safe area. Good sized bedroom, comfy bedding. Coffee was available in the lobby in the mornings.until 10am but it was annoying that there was no coffee machine or kettles in the rooms like in most hotels. Bathroom is poor in terms of space where you can put your things on. Would also appreciate an anti fog mirror and magnifying mirror. Unsurprisingly in Chicago, you can hear the trains, have earplugs you're sensitive to noise. My room was connected to the next room through a door, so I could hear everything.

The bed was confortable. The size of the room was small but the bathroom was the problem: too small and the water from the shower flooded the entire floor.

I had a basic double room with basic amenities. No complaints. Staff was helpful.

- Rooms are a tad smallish, and definitely older. - Coffee Service (coffee in caraffes in a small side room) is the only kind of breakfast service available. - Ten dollars off at the hotel restaurant every day is _kind_ of cool, but not amazing. - Everything around this hotel closes at, like, 10pm. Pros: - Literally everything else - Really close to all the really useful public transit - Special shout out to the wonderful staff - Room cleanings are awesome

The only feedback I have is the bathroom in the king bed room was super, super tiny. Besides that, the hotel was great! We loved that there was a Starbucks connected to it too!
