Great location Location was decent could be more upgraded. Elevators were not always available.

Room was clean, pull out couch is terrible, but everything else was great. Really good breakfast, but I hope you like eggs lmao

My bathroom had feces all over the bathroom toilet it was disgusting on my wedding night.

we were told we were gonna have a large bathtub, kind of like a jacuzzi feel but when we got to our hotel it was a simple bathtub that was very small. The pictures in the description of the room were wrong. We tried to get compensated and they gave us 50 of one key cash which is okay but still unacceptable. Our sole purpose for getting that room was for the large jacuzzi like tub.

The staff were helpful and friendly; rooms were clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here in the future!

I love the location an fantasy’s staff, friendliness and service. The breakfast is fantastic.

Don’t stay with more than 2 people. The pull out bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Other than the breakfast, I don’t see any amenities that justify the high price. Location was fine, but I’d recommend another place for the cost.

Al ingresar al recibidor del primer piso, el hotel da la impresión de ser basico y antiguo, detenido en el tiempo. Sin embargo al tomar el antiguo ascensor, este se abre al segundo piso, y nos recibe una recepción elegante y moderna. Luego las áreas como el comedor, los corredores y la habitación con cocina, que nos tocó; están muy bien mantenidos, implementados, actualizados, e impecables. El desayuno, bien!!! Buena elección!!.

Breakfast was good, great location, and options to cook It was expensive, and bunch of hidden fees staff didn't tell me about, they told me a late check out would cost me 150 so I agreed then found out later I was charged 227.88

The room was very nice and clean. The gentlemen at the valet were wonderful and soo helpful. They were my favorite part of the stay. We came back from a concert very late and were dying of thirst. We stopped at the front desk and asked for an extra water. This was around one in the morning. The woman didn’t want to give us one as she said it was only 2 to a room. She was not very nice about it. I told her never mind. She begrudgingly handed us two. I mean what’s the big deal?

Staff was excellent from check in to bag storage. Free breakfast was amazing too. Staff constantly turned tables and filled up the food. Lots of choices and options! My family enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back. The hotel also had many elevators so you don’t have to wait.

Didn’t like view of only old building. Didn’t like the bathroom with no door on shower and far to reach for shampoo etc. Shower dripped. No fan. Cleaning person didn’t leave new things like lotion or kit. No shower cap. Breakfast was fine. Lots of choices. I will not teturn
