It was pretty cool, close to a lot of things When we got there they downgraded the room I paid for the first night I booked a hotel room that was for a 1 bedroom because we had a kid with us so I paid the extra money to get that room but we didn’t receive that room, the guy only gave 50 in credits when I should of got refunded for the first night or at least a decrease in the price I paid, the room on the first night had all this stuff in the tub

Location is only the real value! The carpets in the room were very old, dirty and at places torn! We had to request at least 3 times on a day to get towels. In our 5 nights stay, the housekeeping was done only once. The staff is mostly apathetic and mostly ignores you.

Beds were making lot of noise

The hotel is in an amazing location. So many great bars, restaurants, and theaters all around. Very walkable. The hotel itself is nice. The common area are very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable and clean. However, the carpet in the room and the living area furniture were not clean at all. I would not sit on the furniture and was glad I brought extra socks to wear at all times in the room. A good upholstery and carpet cleaning is desperately needed

Good breakfast, clean and spacious room
-
Great location, room was in perfect shape with comfy beds. Breakfast (included) was one of the best I’ve seen.

Pa Work group enjoyed facility.

It was near Union station Had 2 televisions Employees were extremely helpful. I’m on oxygen 24/7 and their input saved me a lot of anxiety. Dining facilities are weird. We ate dinner at the bar as did many patrons. Place needs some upgrades and sunshine. Very dark inside. Breakfast buffet was great! If you couldn’t find anything to eat, you weren’t hungry.

The breakfast was really good Only 2 elevators working, considering how busy is this hotel you need to fix it so we don’t have to wait to long for the elevator.
-
Nice and clean. Larger room than expected. Considerate and helpful staff.

Overall, it was okay. Good location and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. However, the room itself was outdated and minimally furnished. Only one remote for two televisions, two wastebasket for a two-room suite with kitchenette, etc. In search had included that property should have a pool, but didn't realize until after checking in that they did not have a pool. It was a place to stay, but not sure I would choose it again.

I just wish the waiting time for elevator was less.

Rooms were nice, location was perfect! The elevators are VERY slow!

On the flip-side of our visit, the elevators were terrible awful! There was await period of 5 to 10 minutes before you can get an elevator and it was only one elevator working at a time. Therefore, sometimes when we were going down, we had to catch an elevator that was going up in order to have access to an elevator and use the staff elevator in order to get where we need to go to the first or second floor. I must say that the breakfast menu was a delight and delicious entrées every day. It made me feel like I was home with a good fresh homemade meal Todos to the kitchen staff!!! Sincerely, Girls Trip 2026 Chicago
