We pre purchased the breakfast, which is provided in the neighboring restaurant, and we're delighted with the quality.

didnt even check in the rudest arrogant front desk person ever if thats who that hotel hires? didnt need to stay there plenty of other chicago hotels to choose from

When I came back the front desk had me checked in on iPad and I did but there were no room keys therefore I still had to get keys from front desk. Staff was pushy about using iPad yet it was not stored for check in. Then I asked for my luggage and took over 15 minutes to get it. I don’t feel any urgency on staff. There were two staff but one was struggling quite a bit checking in everyone coming in from my observation. Just very delayed, possible staff training needed. I stayed here last month and really liked it but this time around the room was not very cleaned, there was stuff on wall and bathroom floor was not mopped. The room was smaller. The bottles of water at water station were empty and the water station had t been cleaned dusty. The Kleenex box at my room was super dusty and remote control for tv was dirty I used my personal disinfectant wipes. Very disappointed ☹️

Amazing stay at the Club Quarters Hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was walking distance to many sights in downtown Chicago. I would definitely stay again if in the area

The staff was amazing. The pub down on the street was very good for breakfast. Gave a great discount on parking. 50% off It was a bit too far to walk to River.

general place is very well kept and clean. great location with friendly front desk staff and general staff like maintenance and house keeping. room was quiet and cozy with great water pressure and AC(came during the heatwave).
