Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago

Great hotel the staff was very professional clean premises restaurant underneath made it easy access to eat. Convenient stores and shops nearby not to mention the L train blue line and red line right down the street. I recommend this hotel. 5 stars!

The room was comfortable but hotel is a bit outdated, staff were very helpful and friendly! Great having the English pub right next store! Close enough to walk around to see downtown! Would recommend for a night stay.

Can walk to great places and has a great bar next door.

It was a good place to stay for 2 nights. Walkable distance to the Wills tower and Millenial Park. There is staff at the front desk 24/7. The hotel has a pub restaurant/bar connected it to it so that was nice. We’d stop by every night to grab a drink and food to watch the world cup games that was going on at the time.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. However, the property could benefit from some investment and updates. It’s an older hotel, which is understandable, but some of the bed sheets were worn and should be replaced. With a few renovations and refreshed linens, the overall guest experience would be much better.

Room was very tidy and clean. Great water pressure in the shower and the water bottle dispensing is essential!

Great hotel. I’ve stayed here lots over the last decade. Located in a great location around lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This was a nice hotel in a central location. It is in a business area, but is very close to transportation and popular venues.

Room was spotless. Staff was extremely helpful and professional.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and check in was super easy. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the refillable water bottles on each floor. The only issue I had was the tiny bathroom and closet. It was a little difficult to store things away.

Beds are hard and sunken in the middle. Not comfortable at all

The thermostat is horrible. It’s other hot or freezing in the room. The vent would start rattling horribly in the middle of the night making us have to get up and push it into place for the rattling to stop. No fan in the bathroom so needless to say if your sharing a room… I hope you are really close.
