Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago

Everything was amazing. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, hotel and room was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable, and location was great.

Was fine for a two night stay. Probably wouldn’t have booked if I had known the bathroom door was see through though. Not everyone is staying alone or sharing a room with someone they are comfortable with seeing almost everything through the door. So would not book again.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We were a little disappointed that there was no dresser or luggage rack. That made it a little difficult as there was no way to unpack and no place to put our clothing. Otherwise, the place is great! There is a guest closet with small items like toothpaste and mouthwash that is available for everyone. That was a great plus. We didn't get to use the gym, but it's well stocked with everything you need to get a good workout on the road.

Parking too far away and no valet

the shampoo holder was not secured to the all, the bottles kept falling off. We changed rooms due to hair found on the wall of the shower.

Well located really close to train station and walking distance to river.

Staff was good

Hotel was okay, room was a little small. Parking sucked. Had to park in a structure 3 blocks away.

Will definitely stay here again!

Older property, clean. Staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. Now the room was small bathroom was small. The toilet didn’t want to flush toilet paper, had them plunge it two times. Also no ice machines in the building. They do offer a water station with reusable bottles and a mini fridge in the room.

Comfortable and perfect for a quick business trip.

Downtown has everything. Shopping, site seeing, and dining. Roanoke and Elephantandcastle. If you are a Girl Scout, the office and shop are nearby.

Great location, clean room, and friendly staff

Clean, in a great location in the city! Quick walk to the train and not far from the river walk. Also, they will hold your bags prior to check in and after check out which makes it easy. Staff was nice and helpful. My iron didn’t work, the ironing board was old and had difficulty standing up and the bathroom door would stay open. Other than a few minor things, great place.

Breakfast was so-so but we found an amazing brunch place a 5-min walk away. One bad part was the room cleanliness. Though the beds were made and towels were changed daily, the room and the bathroom remained dirty. I found toenail clipping on the carpet by the curtains when we first arrived and it was still there when we left. The bathroom mirrors weren’t cleaned from splashes, the shower wasn’t cleaned and the sink got darker with grime every day. Lots of room for improvement.

The staff was nice & the hotel was clean. However, check in was at 3 and we didn’t get our room until almost 4, no microwave or fridge, and housekeeper walked in our room about 9am when we were still sleeping.

Had to wait an hour past check in due to the room not being ready. Rooms were adequate, clean, but outdated and nothing special
