Great location - very centrally located.

We loved our stay at Club Quarters and would definitely stay here again. Location was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to check our bags before and after our stay. The neighboring bar/restaurant was delicious and convenient. Our room was clean and well stocked. The only downside was that the king bed was actually two twin mattresses with a sheet over them, so the mattress had a seam in the middle. But the bed was super comfortable and we slept well. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to crash while exploring Chicago!

Good location and connected to elephant and castle I paid for late check out so I could sleep but maid staff banged on the door every 30 minutes preventing me from getting and sleep. My room was also located right beside room 711 which I’m assuming is used by staff as a break room. They were constantly in and out of the room, slamming the door, and talking in the entranceway.

The staff member who checked us in was so amazing; she was sweet and helpful. It made my first impression very personal. The room was a bit small.

Located in the middle of the loop; there is a Nespresso machine in the room, and water refill stations near the elevators. There is no safe box. The bathroom has a persistent smell of cleaning products.
