Closer to public transport system. Walkable to many tourist locations and restaurants. The only issue I have is amenity supplies. Everyday the refill lotion is just 1 small tube. We were 3 people and I need to go get everyday from front desk. I would suggest have a lotion bottle attached to the wall like other items like soap shampoo etc. This would be simpler.

The rooms look very high class, queen size beds are roomy and comfortable, and the bathrooms are fancy and natural with glass doors.

Location was great, nice restaurant next door. Cute clean and a nice rooftop. Will go back!

Charged more than Expedia claimed and the rooftop wasnt even open on the holiday

The front desk lady named Lola was very nice and helpful! Are room didn’t have no air so they moved us from 1612 to 708 the maintaince guy Collin was excellent as well overall the experience was amazing

There are a lot of great hotels in Chicago and I have stayed at tons. The Hyatt Centric stands out in all Aspects. Style, Service, Amenities and more. This place does not miss a beat. Would definitely stay here again.

Great 1-night stay. Bed was extremely comfortable and shower/bathroom was great. Close to everything in the heart of downtown.
