I wish I was able to do more research before booking. It was a last minute decision. Needed a get away right away and I love the Navy pier. The beds were small. Not true to the adversitment. The valet parking fee I feel was ridiculous. Thats normal practice depending on the stay. Parking was horrible. Other than that, the staff was wonderful. The communication with housekeeping could have been better. I feel like for what I paid, the rooms could have been bigger. The dedicated team members left a lasting impression beyond expectations. It was explained above. The staff was friendly though.

Small room in a good location. We weren’t in the room much but close to restaurants & attractions. No complaints.

When we contacted the staff, we were simply told that there were no King rooms available. This was very disappointing because we specifically booked and paid for King rooms. If the hotel could not honor our reservation, we should have been informed before or during check-in, not after we had already moved into the rooms. We expected better communication and service from Hyatt. I hope the hotel improves how it handles confirmed room reservations and communicates changes to guests.

Location. Room was clean. Early check in was accepted. The towels were scratchy and the seam was coming out.
-
I also don't like rooms where there is no proper washroom door. Treat was ok. Staff was good and helpful.

We booked the other location on magnificent mile but when we got booking confirmation it put us at thier other location. This was completely booking.com fault plus we were supposed to get a room with king bed and got a handicap room with smaller bed

Very good

During my two separate stays, I haven’t had the chance to visit the rooftop yet, but I also love the sitting room and the tea and coffee options they offer.

Staff was so so helpful. Held our bags before check-in and after check-out for free. View was nice, especially on the rooftop bar, and location was very convenient! Valet took a little long, just call ahead.

The beds were low to the ground, and it felt like a futon. There were no drawers to place our clothes. The bathrooms were very nice and clean with a step in shower. However, my friend was treated poorly on the rooftop when she went up there for appetizers and a drink. She was asked to sit in the sun and move for another couple...very rude. We did enjoy the hotel restaurant. It was great and delicious, and kudos to Norma who treated us wonderfully.

We stayed in this hotel for a trip & the hotel is beautiful! The staff in every section were very good!! LOVE the roof top bar & we had the most AMAZING dinner at The Mexican Radio! The only issues we had were upon check in, everyone was checking in around the same time & there were no luggage racks so we had to carry our heavy bags up to the room ourselves. Other than that our stay was great!

Staff were friendly, they refunded on night of our stay. It was not cleaned properly. We stayed for 2 nights and did not receive service for the room. There was hair all over the room.

Location was great for the things we wanted to do. Beds had no box springs so they sat very low to the ground. Just 1 chair so one of us had to sit on the bed or footstool.

Great property and location.

Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Loop was not what I expected it to be. The property was in a great location, walkable to shops, entertainment, dining, and the Riverwalk. However, the property is not as well maintained as advertised. The staff was not helpful or friendly at check-in. The rooftoop bar was closed two of the nights we visited, and the food options advertised for the bar have not been on the menu for two years according to one of the workers. The hotel offered amenities that we did not find out about until our last day. The rooms are not worth the amout of money charged, and they are not very clean with stained walls etc. The hotel also charges a per day fee that is not advertised when booking. They surprise you with it at check-in with the fee. I would not recommend this property.

It was a nice location. The hotel was expensive for the room to look like that.
