Central Loop Hotel

Love how accomodating the hotel staff was and felt safe. I wish I had a microwave and fridge but everything else was great. And I love how central the hotel is.

My room/door was in a corner next to the other hotel/door, closest I’ve ever been , 6-8” apart, 826. That guest slammed the door non stop from when I was in my room getting ready 2-3, 9:30-11pm, 7-9 as I was getting up to work out & when I returned 10:30-12. How many people are in a room? It had to be 3-4, can’t imagine 1-2 people doing that, SUPER annoying.

The hotel also offers parking at a much lower price than the nearby public parking lots. Be sure to ask at the front desk about the parking discount. Overall, this hotel offers value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice location

Great location and helpful staff especially for the price. Looses points for no refrigerator and only 1 nightstand on one side of the bed. Overall worth the price though

The staff are very friendly. Everything was great. Walking distance to most attractions that you want to see. The room was absolutely clean. And the price was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel and will comeback next time we are in Chicago.

The property was an A1 experience. The rooms are nice and clean, plenty of storage and better tv than others. Location is great and close to everything in the loop.

I felt I was in Jail how small the room they put me in and how confined no views nothing to see the workout was in the basement no complimentary Breakfast not good place at all

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Central Loop hotel. The location was fantastic. My room was great and affordable. That’s all I really care about and they did an excellent job with all of that.

Good location in downtown and close to major attractions (Art Institute, Willis Tower, Millennium Park) Rooms were small but nice for a couple of nights. The parking deck guests can use is one block down and one block over but was inexpensive for downtown ($28 a night , trust me I did the research).

Great central location but the hotel could use more amenities in the room like a microwave, mini fridge and a safe deposit box.

The HVAC system in my room was not operational. The hotel appeared to maintain a consistent temperature throughout my stay in June. As a resident of Atlanta, I had anticipated the need for supplemental heating given the 60-degree Fahrenheit temperatures in Chicago during June, exacerbated by the strong winds from the lake. However, I was informed that heating services were unavailable during this season, resulting in an uncomfortably cold experience in my queen suite on the 7th floor. I find cold environments particularly disagreeable. Furthermore, the pillows provided were notably flat; even after stacking all four, their combined thickness did not exceed the width of my hand. The spring mattress also contributed to my discomfort, necessitating a $275 back and neck massage upon my return home.

I could not figure out how to turn off the desk lamp, but this seems like user error. Checkin and checkout were seamless, and the room was nice. I really appreciated the filtered water dispenser!

The food in the restaurant was good. Of course it was a separate restaurant but connected to a hotel. It was a English pub and served standard fluid instructions. If you stayed in the hotel and purchase your breakfast through the hotel you got a limited menu. I didn't like the fax it on Friday and Saturday the room is $300 and on Thursday and Sunday it was $100. Seems a little bit of price gouging going on

the room was spacious and comfortable, staff were very friendly. Convenient location close to but not within the busy tourist stretches. our room was right next to the elevator, which was pretty squeaky throughout the night. fortunately we brought a white noise machine but it would have been disruptive if not. I would recommend if you need anything from the desk to use the text option instead of calling - we needed extra bedding for the foldout and although the desk answered the phone right away, noone came up after about 30 min. After texting we were able to get it taken care of right away.
