The staff were really nice. Pretty cozy room, it felt nice calling it our home-away-from-home. We’ll definitely be coming back on our future trips to Chicago

Clean, simple, basic.

My hotel room was small but adequate , the service was very good. It was very close to the tourist attractions , my niece's home and transit trains to the stadium and airport. No complaints. Really Liked the free cold and filtered bottles of water on each floor

Very great location to stay in, the hotel is really good condition as well. Room space however is pretty small but overall the stay was good. Location is perfect!

the first room they put me in smelled like someone died in it. I was able to move to another room that was better but I will not be staying again.

Clean, quiet. Great location.

Gym was good, free laundry was great, workspace was great. Good budget, work travel hotel. I hope they get the bathroom smell issue resolved.

When booking online, I went based on pictures. The day before our stay I was messaged about parking and how there was a parking garage nearby that you could park at for $28 a night if staying at the hotel. The hotel did not provide the address of the parking garage so when we arrived we parked at the one directly within view of the hotel. We "checked in" (in quotes because they said our room was ready and pointed us to a self service kiosk to do it ourselves) and when I asked about the parking, the attendant said "Oh no you want to get your car out of there asap" and handed me a map with the address where we were supposed to park. I went to get my car and ended up paying $32 to move it to their garage, which is not at all conveniently located and I never would have found on my own. The room was not as pictured, and felt more like a frigid closet than a room. Upon leaving I asked the attendant about the $28 parking, and he took the ticket and put a barcode sticker on it and said you just insert it in the machine as normal. When I did that it still said $67, and I had to argue with the garage attendant through the speaker box while stuck in the garage. I was able to eventually pay $28 to leave. 3/5 not the worst, not the best. Communication could be better.

Decent stay in the heart of Chicago

This was an overnight stay with my sister for an even at the Chicago theater. We drove up. Thanks to the hotel we were able to arrange parking with the partner garage ahead of time which saved stress. The garage is only a few blocks away so again no worries. The gentleman at the desk when I arrived could not have been nicer. He is very well suited for a hospitality job. Everything I wanted to see, eat, or shop for on this trip was near by so this hotel was perfect. The bottle filler for water was great too! Oh yeah, comfortable bed and a shower with good water pressure were highlights as well as easy communication with the hotel during my stay, via text or chat.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Appreciated the water bottles and filling stations, as well as the club area coffee making.

loved my stay
-
More than cleanliness, which was standard, there was little care about soap and small bathroo towels.
-
Clean room and nice staff.

The price wasn’t what I was quoted. It was extremely higher.
