Outside of the location and cost for parking, it’s not worth staying here. The pillows were awful and when we asked the front desk, we were told there were no other pillows and all were the same. Bad service! The AC kept clicking when it was on and it was hard to sleep the two nights we stayed. On the positive side, we enjoyed the water station where you can fill up your water bottles and have water.

Good location. Staff were friendly. Pub was great and staff were excellent. Breakfast was lovely. When checking in, I found that another guest had been able to see & alter my personal details on the checking in ipad. Under GDPR this is not acceptable. The staff on the check-in desk were very much "oh it's fine, it was an accident, just change it back" It appears it was just an accident but it is concerning how easy it is to get the full name, email address and telephone number of another guest. Maybe the check in process needs to be reviewed. The room was very dated, and the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, which I had seen on other reviews before booking but wasn't sure if it was every room or just a few, it appears maybe it's all of them. Pillows were very soft with no support.

I was in town for Lollapalooza so the location was just right. Everything else was as I expected. The Bar/ Restaurant onsite was perfect. Thank you so much! NA
