Very clean and the staff was very friendly No refrigerator or microwave in the room and the bathroom door would not close

Staff were friendly and nice upon check in. Hotel is very dated. Amenities and room features are limited. Closer to 3.5 star than 4 star hotel.

Good location. Not outlet. Eat one side of the bed. No mini fridge. One elevator did not stop on our floor, the button may have been broken. Super loud room next door. Was woken up a little before 3am. Informed front desk. Didn’t seem to stop.

Rooms are outdated and run down. I expect better from a holiday in on the side of the interstates in the middle of nowhere. Shower handle came off in my hand. Towel hook half torn out of Sheetrock. Carpeting dirty and piled up. Never again.

Very nice hotel and great location. Clean, friendly staff, and energetic music and vibes in lobby. Only complaint was room 1028 specifically has a humming water pipe in the wall that makes loud humming when someone in another room uses their water

Awful. Booked a king room but it was not available at check-in time. They told me I could downgrade to a queen or wait for another hour. No money back Holes in the sheets. Stay elsewhere

Rooms are super small. Not well kept. Our shower was broken as soon as we arrived at night. The handle to turn on the water was completely taken apart and sitting in the tub. Dinner at the restaurant in the lobby was great and the waitress was very nice.

Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but kinda low for my liking. The front desk staff and the bartender were very nice! Kudos to the lady at check-in who was extremely friendly and offered a room upgrade to make sure my short stay was everything it needed to be. I would definitely stay again. Area was within walking distance to everything we needed.
