It was definitely an awesome experience and setting.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating and flexible. The rooms were gorgeous and the hotel was beautiful.

Had the best experience here. Everything was nice and tidy, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the rooms met our expectations.

The staff are definitely the highlight of this hotel. The interior/lobby is BEAUTIFUL and the bar in the lobby was amazing, drinks were very good. Just stayed 1 night, they upgraded my room for free which was very nice but once I got into the room I could immediately tell it was a MUCH older hotel. The decor was outdated, there was also just a bed and a desk chair in the room lol nothing else. Couldn’t sit anywhere that wasn’t the bed…bathroom was okay too. Towels had some stains on them. Other than that it was a decent stay. I’d probably book somewhere else next time just because it’s not as modern as it seemed to be online but if you like the older style hotels definitely check this one out.

The staff was very friendly, very easy to communicate to. The bar in the lounge and the eating area were really nice.

Room was tiny but fine, lobby a bit nicer. Understaffed front desk. They did their best but there weren't enough during busy periods.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! Loved the convenience of it being right down town!

Room size great and had what was needed for my 1 night stay. Shower was temperamental in the morning for hot water.

room was clean, hotel very nice, parking was a bit annoying as they have no parking directly by the hotel or valet but to be expected with downtown chicago. still would 10/10 recommend

Clean room

There were a couple of things about this hotel that threw me for a loop (no in room coffee machine -- but plenty of coffee at the bar with choice of skim, half and half and cream; you first encounter the bar versus the registration area), but I would definitely stay here again, and for that I compliment the staff. Fatima greeted us at check in and immediately noticed my daughter had mobility issues and offered to change our room for an accessible one. Since this was my first overnight trip with my daughter I hadn't even thought of that! I appreciated that she saw a way to make our stay better and made it happen. Fatima also always had a smile on her face when we saw her and was always ready to answer any question. I didn't get the name of the doorman we interacted with the most (but I did get a photo with him!), which I regret. He was an older many who worked day shift and he touched my heart when he stayed by my daughter while I went to get our car from the parking garage. He didn't have to do that. The people definitely made this staff wonderful!

Really nice hotel. I went to Chicago for only one night and the place was amazing. Good location, services and closed to the Union Sation. 100% recommended It is a 9/10 for us. The hotel was beautiful but the shower was quite old. There was no middle point with the water of the shower. too hot or cold.
