Very detailed property they don’t make them like that anymore. Lots of detail in the design and big rooms

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. Literally steps away from the train stop, the room was well kept and even had a small refrigerator drawer which I wasn’t expecting but really came in handy being a mom who is still nursing and was away from my baby. Front desk staff was also very polite and welcoming

Beautiful room, very friendly staff, great restaurant on the roof with a beautiful view.
-
Great location, interesting historic building and loved the room decor. Overall a good experience and value for the Coty. Only things we were not keen on were the bed and pillows.

We were placed on the 10th floor and had a view facing the Willis Tower, which was cool. However, the beds were not comfortable and appeared to be very low. I’ve never seen a hotel bed that low before. We are complaining about our backs & neck and it has been two days since check out. The bathroom was small, and by the second day, I noticed a sewage smell whenever I showered. I also smelled that same sewage odor when I exited the Hilton through the doors. The Seville was okay. We only went there for pancakes, but I probably wouldn’t eat there again. I was originally going to book the LondonHouse and honestly should have gone with that instead. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again. I only decided to try it because the reviews weren’t bad and it had a good rating. I also previously stayed at a Canopy in New Jersey, and that experience was much nicer.

Room was clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.
-
I did not like that the bathroom counter looked not clean. Or maybe it was the material it was made of. It had a lot of water drop stains on it.
-
Clean room and the staff was very helpful! Loved the hotel and area and would definitely come back and recommend it to others

Good clean interior with everything you need
-
Rooms wasn’t ready when we arrived, had to wait an hour. We were given a card with a specific dollar amount to use at the hotel, but we were not told it was only good for the first night.
-
the staff, amazing the cleanliness amazing definitely will stay again.
-
There were no robes, and the bartender was rude. Other than that, every thing was ok.
-
Stayed here in 2025 and enjoyed it. Booked to come back this year. My United flight was cancelled due to weather and the hotel would not defend my reservation even though it was out of my control. Bad business decision means I won’t book again
-
The location is excellent and convenient to many events and not far from the lake. Not sure I would pay that high a price again to stay there, but overall it was very nice.
-
Great location down by Willis Tower. Room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Loved it!
-
Restaurant was great and front desk staff were very kind!
-
Very minor issues with little impact: alarm clock, fridge not cold, bath vanity could've been a little cleaner. Great facility overall, would stay again.
