Beautiful building

There is not a lobby as you enter from the front door. You must take an elevator up to the lobby and if there is no one at the entry door, it may take a while to figure it out or locate adequate signage. Room was okay, air conditioning was a loud, breakfast so-so, but the staff was helpful when they were located.

Perfect for our family of 4, the room was large as was the restroom. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, location was perfect, walking distance from a lot of attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

Location No heating in room. The thermostat was not working. It only blew cold air. Front desk confirmed that the syatem did not work. Breakfast was very disappointing. The oat meal cooker often was stopped so the meal was cold most of the time. No fruits in breakfast, the ones availableon few days green apple and oranges were bad quality. Besides the breakfast area has no room to fit more than 20-25 people so always crammed. I understand the minimalist approach but for the price of 300 usd per night these things are absolutely disappointing. I have stayed here multiple times in past but this time it was a forgettable experience.

Had a great time. Front desk staff was awesome when I had to call to have our room held until the next day due to our flight being delayed. Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable and hotel was quiet. Will definitely come back.

The mattress was very hard. The breakfast was excellent.

Loved that the hotel is situated in a great spot, was 2mint from the train station to the airport, and walking distance close to most of all the tourist areas. Also the hotel was very clean, breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Definitely worth staying.

The Manager, Robyn, was incredibly helpful and positive. She provided the level of customer service I have typically only seen at much more expensive hotels - she made our experience great.

I liked the hotel very much (except the prices they charged for snacks). It is centrally located to restaurants, bars, Target, Walgreens, and the blue line. If you're traveling to/from O'Hare, it's quite easy to take the blue line train. It's about an hour ride. I didn't like that one package of microwave popcorn was $4. Other than that, it was great.

Location, location, location! Great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff! The outlet in our bathroom didn’t work. We called & it was quickly replaced. Nothing really.

This property boasts a fantastic location near downtown attractions and public transit, making city navigation a breeze. We enjoyed a clean room with excellent air conditioning and friendly service from the staff. Our single critique involves the breakfast area, which is too small to accommodate the large number of guests, resulting in a struggle to find food and seating. Despite that inconvenience, we had a pleasant and solid stay.
