Beautiful historic building; dog friendly!

Small room. Not very clean, but the building is really old so, whatever. Valet is $75 plus tip. They charge you $50 for “incidentals” and another $30 for room perks or something. So be prepared to pay a lot more money after your room rate. Great view and the bartender in the lobby was wonderful. Everything else about this place was meh.

Great hotel right in the heart of downtown Chicago! Very clean rooms with a light hearted theme. Free glasses of wine when checking in. Free water refills as needed! Bed was amazing!!!

Nice hotel, fun, great location! I do wish there were places to refill your water bottles on each floor, but I love that hotels are starting to do this.

La atención hacia mi mascota y detalles en el cuarto fue increíble, Lo único que en recepción deberían de tener a alguien que hable inglés y español, Para poder hacer preguntas y dudas que uno pueda tener ,Por lo demás el señor del vallet parking fue muy amable y hablaba español nos aclaro bastantes dudas ,En general si me volvería a ospedar sin duda alguna .

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

Upon arrival, we were offered complimentary cookies and coffee, two free drink coasters, and in our room was a PineappleStay water bottle! The staff are great. The entire hotel is immaculate. The location is perfect. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here!

We really appreciated the baby-friendly amenities, well lit room, and comfortable bed. We will definitely stay again.

DeJuan was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to address our concerns, worked to find a solution, and made us feel valued as guests. His positive attitude and willingness to help stood out and turned our experience around. Beyond resolving our room issue, DeJuan also went above and beyond by recommending a great local place to eat. His friendliness and knowledge of the area made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and DeJuan is a perfect example of that. We truly appreciate his help and hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

Beautiful historic building, with nice updates. Wasn't sure about the duvets (2 on the bed so one for each of us) but they worked! Stay with the Pineapple.

It wasn't a surprise but we didn't appreciate the daily amenity charges. We didn't use the amenities and, when we reviewed the final receipt, they did add quite a chunk to an already expensive bill. Perhaps rethink that charge?????

Location is amazing as well as staying in an beautiful iconic building with a great view. Hotel probably needs un upgrade, too expensive for what it is and what amenities provides.
