Hotel is in theatre district lobby on 9th floor. Rooms are modern . Great stay

Very good location to everything. Love the property. Helpful staff. The bathroom was super nice. Love the lighting options. The bedroom setup is exactly as it is in the website. I give the property an overall 4 1/2 stars.

The reviews were spot on....this was a great hotel, great location right downtown, great room and bathroom (both bigger than expected), quiet for being right downtown. Would definitely stay there again.
-
Decent room, moderately clean, got a good night sleep, that’s all that matters.

Great service from the staff and front door folks. The restaurant bar was great watching the World Cup. Shout out to David at the Bar and Ana at the front desk. The hotel is convenient and near lots of things. The room was clean and comfortable. Sheets were clean. We had enough towels. Just a FYI if you want the room cleaned. You need to ask 24 hours prior. If you need a late check out they will accommodate you the day you leave. Overall a great hotel.

The front desk staff was so helpful with all our needs and requests! The security was top notch in that you couldn’t access the floors without a key card!

Hotel is centrally located, very close to stores, restaurants, and especially the L. Although our complaints about the cleanliness of the room was addressed right away, there were signs that housekeeping was not the best and that it should be monitored more closely. There was blood on the bed cover quilts and on the blinds, the hair dryer was broken, the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, and there was food (which looked like a popcorn kernel) on the floor. We complained right away and we got completely new quilts and the blinds were cleaned.

I really enjoyed my brief stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
-
Nice hotel. Convenient to the river walk and train. We would stay there again.
-
Shout-out to James at the door - super helpful as we were trying to load up with all our stuff and the kids.

Location is very good. Airport Blue Line just across the street. Italian restaurant is 5 min walk, 10-15 min walk Starbucks with exceptional friendly staff. Area around is quite sad - a lot of homeless, drugs, and etc. I am from New York, so I am used to; anyway, will not stay in this area next time.
-
Great customer service and room requested was as expected
-
Great location and really comfortable stay! We’ll be back.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Comfortable beds,a nice shower and fridge to put the leftover pizza in for breakfast the next day. The game room with pool table was a nice touch as well. Friendly staff and street level front door greeters. The lobby is on the 9th floor.

Every was great-only thing I hated was the noise from the traffic. Other than that it was cool
-
The hotel was fine, but throughout the night for some reason it seemed as if the toilet had kept refilling its bowl. It was quite a distraction and made it difficult to sleep. Other than that the hotel was clean, but the snacks had been expensive. It was 6 dollars + tax for a water bottle .

Conveniently located. Great front desk staff.
