Nothing. This was the worst stay ever. And it’s due to the check in. There is nobody there to check you in. A couple of iPad kiosks that don’t work. Then you have to call for help and it’s 1 person that is not very helpful and multiple people had the same problem. Took me almost an hour to check in. Check in and the lack of actual staff to help.

The view from the window and the location is the only good thing about this hotel I tried to check in for an hour! They don't have live front desk staff. Only terminals for registration which do not work. The phone number for support is constantly not answered, and the message had to wait for 10+ minutes. TV does not work, interior decoration is very old, the price for such a hotel is too high

good location check in process is horrible , nobody on site to help. you check in at a kiosk and even though i made a reservation on booking, my reservation was not showing on the kiosk and ended up having to call the help desk and they hung up on me twice. whole process took 45 minutes to get me in my room and you also have to keep your baggage that whole time

Horrible customer service and check in procedures. Resort fee with no resort amenities. Don’t respond to texts or never answer your call (these are the only ways they allow guests to communicate as there are no on site support). They had a cable guy show up during the last hour before check out making it awkward to get out of the room and change. If I could give this a negative star or two I would.
