Nothing. This was the worst stay ever. And it’s due to the check in. There is nobody there to check you in. A couple of iPad kiosks that don’t work. Then you have to call for help and it’s 1 person that is not very helpful and multiple people had the same problem. Took me almost an hour to check in. Check in and the lack of actual staff to help.

They don't have live front desk staff. Only terminals for registration which do not work. The phone number for support is constantly not answered, and the message had to wait for 10+ minutes. TV does not work, interior decoration is very old, the price for such a hotel is too high
-
good location check in process is horrible , nobody on site to help. you check in at a kiosk and even though i made a reservation on booking, my reservation was not showing on the kiosk and ended up having to call the help desk and they hung up on me twice. whole process took 45 minutes to get me in my room and you also have to keep your baggage that whole time

The Room was very spacious No cook ware or utensils! had to walk target to buy them
-
walking distance to River walk, shops and Millennium park. No parking on site, the nearest parking is walking distance at the Grant park which I paid $33 for the 24hrs parking. Somewhat inconvenient if you have stuff to carry and no reentry on the parking lot.
-
Check in/out was super smooth, we got 3 bedroom apartment and it’s was perfect for our group of 7. Unbeatable price for the size and location! 100% would stay again!
-
great location- easy check in

Nothing. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. They stole from me. Promoted a room for $--- yet wanted to charge me $--- for my one-night stay. The room was not ready when I arrived. No concierge meant that there was no one to help me get into the room. The representative I spoke with on the

proximity to grant park looked nothing like the pictures. No dining table , Just 1 couch and no other seating. no dishwasher or utensils . no hot water in the master bathroom shower. tried to get more coffee other than two decaf packets and guest services never got back to us.
-
The location was excellent, with the theater and the pier within walking distance as well as many food and shopping options. The room was comfortable and large enough to accommodate 7 people. The T.V. in the living room area did not work. Their is no staff on site to assist with issues and no one answered the online chat. The curtains are pretty sheer so there was no way to darken the room.
-
It was cheap The bed. It was hard as a rock
-
awesome location to Grant Park for the Hot Chocolate 5k. nothing. could be decorated a little more “homie.”
-
close vicinity to train station and 5 min Uber drive to restaurants because you don’t want yo walk around here at night Next door coffee shop had bullet holes on the marquee menu NO STAFF Nobody to hold our luggage until check in which was supposed to be at 10am but didn’t get keys until 6PM because there is nobody at front desk it’s all remote via text and they don’t reply and they blame the terrible service because they are managing remote that is not sn excuse We had to lug around our luggage and paid $100 for another hotel to hold it while we went to our convention That’s so Terrible of them it ruined our trip
-
I got double charged for a one night stay plus the deposit. i have called and left multiple messages and no one has returned my call or confronted the issue.
-
