Was really good!

What made the situation even worse was the way the staff treated me. I did not feel welcomed or respected at all. The way they spoke to me and handled the situation was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I understand that problems with reservations can happen, but there is no excuse for treating a guest poorly. I strongly suggest management provide better customer service training and remind staff that every guest deserves to be treated with the same level of respect, regardless of their background or perceived social status. Very disappointing experience, especially after arriving with a confirmed reservation.

Great hotel with spacious rooms, perfect for a single female traveling with a pet. I had enough space for all my things in the bathroom and space for my clothing. Highly recommended!!
-
Great location for getting around on foot.
-
Great stay, super close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful . Clean rooms!!! Can’t state how clean the room and lobby were enough.
-
Beautiful building, kind staff.
-
Clean and great location. Price was good too.
-
Had a wonderful stay great location and staff.
-
Lovely and helpful staff. Great location. QUIET

The only negatives for me are the nightly valet parking and self parking prices. They were pricey! And the cleanliness of the room our first night-Management was very attentive to addressing the issues once I brought it to their attention.

Dirty, horrible bed, disgusting rooms
-
location was ideal and the staff was professional and friendly. It was a little noisy from the train right outside the hotel. It was not unbearable. a small complimentary breakfast would have been better than just coffee. A danish , and or donuts would have been good.
-
Location is great but valet hard to find. Staff was not welcoming but room nice and beds comfortable. I would stay here again

We got the room almost a hour later. And while talking to staff they felt that it’s usual. Because of this we missed our booked River Architecture cruise and had to book it again for next day. Rooms were not very clean either Carpet felt moist. Location is great but Quality is not. All in all it’s not worth the price which I was charged $500 for one night.
-
Terrible experience. My tv didn’t work, no microwave in the room, and no hot water in the morning.
-
The staff was friendly and quick at check in. They reached out by text prior to out reservation and during our stay. The room was comfy and clean. The bar was a nice spot to grab a drink prior to starting the night.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never experienced a room where it wasn’t possible to make the room dark enough to sleep comfortably. While I could have purchased a sleep mask, I wouldn’t expect to need one when staying at a hotel, especially at this price point. Having proper blackout curtains would make a significant difference in the overall guest experience.

Another great stay! Staff goes above and beyond to ask questions about your stay and offer advice and assistance. We were upgraded to a suite and it was amazing. Very quiet hotel.
