Great views Check in was at 4 pm and I couldn’t check in until after 530. That’s pretty ridiculous

Hotel was great! The food is incredible!

For the price you can find much better hotel in the area .

I love the room we chose and was in the corner overlooking the outside. Beautiful view Big and spacious. I didn't like the fact that it was on the 6th floor right in the corner. The housekeeping door was right there and you just kept hearing it slam all morning. We couldn't even sleep in because of the housekeepers door was right there. We went to check out the rooftop bar. They set us down in about 6:55pm we got our first drink. Nobody came back over to service us until about 7:28. So we didn't go back to the rooftop bar. Overall. Hotel was nice though 10/10

The hotel it self was nice clean and comfortable staff was nice The could’ve had a microwave and I didn’t like that you don’t get an option to opt out of paying for breakfast (that we didn’t eat anyway) and I wasn’t happy at all about the valet I feel like it’s a bit much after paying over 300 dollars for the stay

Location, Location, Location...plus the restauran bar next to the lobby was very nice, food was very good, beer was cold and service was great, specially from one of the bartenders ANA is her name she was very nice attentive and exeptional customer service...

The corner spa tub room wasn’t as expected. The view was horrible. We had no housekeeping tag on the door and housekeeping still entered our room. Very disappointed about that. No privacy as requested.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are prompt on all your needs. The restaurant and the rooftop are both wonderful!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Started of at check in and the information provided for local sites. Every morning and evening we would be greeted with a smile. We had to call for a toothbrush and got a quick response. The housekeeping staff was kind and helpful. The food was good. The rooftop bar is beautiful with good cocktails and view. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was much smaller than I expected but it definitely was nice. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The rooftop lounge was very nice and convenient.

Beautiful location. Amazing area. The staff was pretty helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Location was a bit unpleasant due to construction and numerous homeless closely surrounding on the local streets.

Clean and well-staffed. We stayed on the 24th floor but had to move because the rooftop nightclub was so loud. They moved us to the 18th floor, and the music was still loud and prevented us from sleeping.

They initially told us the early check-in is additional $25 USD, but then on check-out they charged us $75.00 USD- (apparently the overnight staff is not aware of) Also they have charged us $25.00 fee per night - which could have been used as a credit towards the breakfast or the bar (these fees were not disclosed upon check in). Very poor customer service.
