Love the location and top tier service
-
I didn’t like that there are no microwaves in the rooms.
-
The staff was great and we loved our room. They have a great bar on the rooftop. Highly recommend Ruben- great bartender
-
nice and friendly staff
-
I enjoyed the fact that the windows open up even on the higher floors. I fell asleep listening to the city. I enjoyed it. But don't touch the water in your room they cost BIG money for a .50c water

I enjoyed our overnight visit at the Wit! Took a while to arrange the car valet service, by front desk check in was prompt, and we were happy with the room on 10th floor with a good view of the river. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very quiet on that floor, bonus! The pillows are so wonderful, we slept well! Love the location! Not far from the Art Institute, and Millennium Park, and lots of good restaurants and nearby shopping! I would stay here again, except the restaurant breakfast was heavy for me, and too expensive.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The service was mediocre at best. The rooftop was small and the service was not good, took long periods to clear and clean tables and no one was cordial or attentive. Outside of the room and the view it was cool, but not very memorable

I loved my room—it was spotless—and the rooftop; the staff was very attentive, and everything was great. The in-room breakfast wasn't quite as good, but the staff was excellent nonetheless. I recommend staying here.

There was bug in the room so we left early!

Brian at the State and Lake bar was top shelf. We had pre-show apps and post-show dinner and he served us both times. EXCELLENT - friendly, helpful and fun!
-
Perfect location! Room immaculate! Vibes perfect! Staff amazing & extremely helpful & accommodating!
-
The room was loud, I could hear the other guests.

Great location good hotel views and great amenities
-
Everything about my stay was nice . Great views and close to everything.my only issue was the construction that was going on , it made me reroute and it was a little nerve racking
-
This hotel sits right at the L so can be noisy. There is a strong, synthetic smell in the lobby and the decor is a bit odd.
-
The hotel was great. Awesome vibes.

This property is going through an expansive renovation. As a result traffic is terrible and one way. There is noise of construction and drilling. It is also right next to a train line so you hear the train day and night. I did not see the value for the price. I will not stay again

When I checked in, my room wasn’t ready, so the staff took my luggage and told me to come back in about 30 minutes while they finished preparing it. When I returned, I was informed that the hotel had oversold my room and the corner room I had reserved was no longer available. I was placed in a different room, which was frustrating since the room type was the main reason I chose this hotel. The rooms themselves were also underwhelming for the price. The décor felt extremely outdated, with mismatched furniture and colors that made the space feel thrown together rather than thoughtfully designed. My biggest disappointment was the rooftop. One of the primary amenities that attracted me to this hotel was the rooftop experience, but during my stay it was closed to hotel guests because it was being used for a separately ticketed event. As an out-of-town visitor, there was no way for me to know in advance that a major hotel amenity would be unavailable due to a private/promoted event. Overall, while the location is excellent, this felt much more like a party and nightclub hotel than a comfortable destination for tourists looking to relax and enjoy the city. Between the oversold room, outdated accommodations, and limited access to amenities, I would not choose to stay here again.

Friendly staff, very clean facilities, and valet was quick.

It wasn’t great. The staff wasn’t very helpful and my room was dirty.
