Staff was super helpful - it was very easy and perfect for what we needed for our stay. Prices good for what it is.

Okay place. Room was sizable

Staff was great, breakfast was the same everyday and was very limited but free you also get free drink credits to use at their bar which was a great deal! The bed we had was broken however so not that comfy of sleep but the hotel did the job and super close to Grant park where we went everyday

Extremely overpriced, price gouging should be illegal just because there was an event going on. Outdated!!! $1300 for two nights for a room that doesn’t even have a smart TV is crazy. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, the poor women couldn’t keep up. Definitely not her fault! Definitely won’t stay again! There are way better options for the money. It’s also in an area with nothing around it.

Better than mos

The locations is excellent, near the bus line and some of the “L” trains. Can easily walk to eateries and a Target. The gym was spacious and had a good variety of cardio equipment and some dumbbells and bench. The breakfast was adequate but was the same thing everyday. The dining room for breakfast did have a nice view over the street located on the second floor. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was large for a king bed room. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but did not keep me up at night. I would probably say there again in the future.

We asked for house keeping services explicitly at the front desk and the house keeping person the floor as well, but no one came. The front desk staff is super rude and declined providing an extra blanket as well for the sofa bed in the room. They said, we don't have any extra blankets. Having a hotel in Downtown chicago running at capacity , and they don't have an extra blanket for the guests, they should really shut down then. On being asked multiple times at the front desk for the house keeping services, the person just said that we are running packed and house keeping will get to your room when they have a chance. The breakfast spread was good though, and the hotel amenities were decent.

Need to replace carpet. Smelled bad in the hallway and room smelled like urine.

There was a loud fan in the room that couldn't be turned off because it was for fresh air. It was hard to sleep with it.
