The hotel is in a very convenient location in downtown Chicago but the staff is five stars. Nicole and Leona went above and beyond. We had a very bad train ride and cancellation. Nicole and Leona made our hotel experience perfect. We got a good nights sleep and ready for travel the next day. Employees that truly care are rare. Please take care of them . We had an issue with the online booking. We booked the lady 2 queen room. Leona called and let us know it was not available and she had a king with pull out sofa. I appreciated the call.

The breakfast choices were good. For the amount of money it cost to stay in this hotel, the space was not luxurious at all. No space, overly crowded.

Right in the city, garage next to hotel. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. There wasn't one thing we didn't like.

Rude staff. Not concerned about customers. No hospitality. Company policies are bad Money making. They charged for bags storage. 5 usd per hour each bag! Travelled round the world. Never saw anything like this!
