The locations is excellent, near the bus line and some of the “L” trains. Can easily walk to eateries and a Target. The gym was spacious and had a good variety of cardio equipment and some dumbbells and bench. The breakfast was adequate but was the same thing everyday. The dining room for breakfast did have a nice view over the street located on the second floor. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was large for a king bed room. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but did not keep me up at night. I would probably say there again in the future.

We asked for house keeping services explicitly at the front desk and the house keeping person the floor as well, but no one came. The front desk staff is super rude and declined providing an extra blanket as well for the sofa bed in the room. They said, we don't have any extra blankets. Having a hotel in Downtown chicago running at capacity , and they don't have an extra blanket for the guests, they should really shut down then. On being asked multiple times at the front desk for the house keeping services, the person just said that we are running packed and house keeping will get to your room when they have a chance. The breakfast spread was good though, and the hotel amenities were decent.

Need to replace carpet. Smelled bad in the hallway and room smelled like urine.

There was a loud fan in the room that couldn't be turned off because it was for fresh air. It was hard to sleep with it.

Front desk staff were all very helpful, no matter the time of day. Exceeded expectations. Room was very clean, and amenities acceptable, but the bed is in need of being changed out.

Everything was clean, the staff was super helpful even when they were busy with lots of other guests. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Convenient location in The Loop.

With as crazy as Chicago was this weekend and they were understaffed, EVERYONE was amazing. They went out of their way for everyone. Room was clean, comfortable bed and I will be using them again.

This property was clean very convenient to the Amtrak station as we were traveling by rail and the employees were all very friendly. The only disappointment may have been the breakfast it was fair but nothing special.
-
Rude front desk staff, across all touch points. They didn’t communicate with each other regarding housekeeping schedule, which was needed because the room was not clean upon checkin. No remorse or apology for anything. Breakfast also was abysmal - poor food quality, styrofoam bowls. Overall just low value for the cost, which was quite pricey.
-
Great and friendly staff. Breakfast area chaotic. Would recommend creating one-way lane traffic flow as I’ve seen at other hotels with complementary breakfast.

I was reservation a room for 3 peoples, when we arrived that night only 1 blanket in the room, I call to the front desk and she said we sold out and no more blankets, I can't believe she said that and hang up, I call back and no one pick up the phone.

First, the room was large by Chicago standards and quiet. The Breakfast was a buffet with something for every taste, but the music was always just a little too loud. If you had an issue, or needed something, the staff was at times elusive. Now as far as the front desk, the staff ranged from rude to somewhat helpful with few genuine smiles. We were given 4 vouchers fro free house wind or beer, however on our second vistit were told they were out of house beer. They did have other beers, but those were not offered. Because we were stayng 4 nights, we did not receive service in the room and had to make our own bed and ask the front desk when for any room items. Last, because we booked with Expedia, they took a 150 dollar deposit, and charged me 73.00 dollars at the end of the stay for some random "fees". So book this hotel with care. If you prefer a larger, quiet room, it's fine, but do not expect anything else.

My Fourth of July weekend stay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with an incredible level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail that immediately set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say this property understands what exceptional hospitality and outstanding guest service should look like. The accommodations were absolutely stunning. My room was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything felt polished and inviting, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind throughout the holiday weekend. You can truly tell that attention is given to the smallest details, and those details made a tremendous difference in the overall experience. However, what elevated this stay from wonderful to truly exceptional was the staff. The level of service I received was remarkable. Every staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, attentive, and professional. There was a genuine sense of hospitality that never felt forced or routine. Whether it was a simple greeting, answering a question, or providing assistance, the staff consistently made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I was especially impressed considering this was Fourth of July weekend,
