Everything was great! Only thing that wasn’t so great was the view because right across the street is an office building and it’s blocking the sunlight as well and I love Sun light. Lucia who works the front desk was very kind and helpful as well. Very good personality. The room was pretty clean. I loved the shower the water gets really hot how like it. Thank you all

The pool was not okay..there was lesson section for outsider and the space left was very little for guests. No complementary water in the room. The housekeeper didn't lay the sofa bed.

To far from my event

Remember your steps away from the bus, trains and available Ubers! Millennium Park and The Art Institute of Chicago are on the same street! Book tickets before you!!! Grant Park was amazing and we’d do Museum Park again. Sailboat at the Navy Pier was awesome! The views at the Hyatt was architecturally the best in the city! Just bring your toilettes they’re was no toothpaste or mouth wash!

Our room was my biggest complaint. Right away I thought it smelled like mildew, but then going into the bathroom was even worse. It smelled like sewage. The toilet was also leaking. I did let staff know about these issues.
-
Room was clean, only downfall is I was facing an alley/brick wall view. Very disappointing.

Great experience and service

The staff were great. Restroom in the room is clean. Place is very convenient to anywhere in the downtown chicago.
-
Great location, central to many things. Friendly staff who were courteous and professional. Dislikes- room setup was odd, walked right into bathroom as enter the room. Awful view- only saw another brick wall, could not determine the weather or observe busyness of the city. Also, all other Hyatt Places I’ve stayed at offer complimentary breakfast.

Great central location close to all main attractions. Breakfast with healthy options and good flavor. Close to public transportation. Great value for money

The premium king room was amazing! Had so much space to move around and the two mirrors is a game changer for a group of girls getting ready! Would definitely stay again
