Over all our stay was not bad but we expected it to be cleaned daily and have replaced with new ones. That did not happen. The only reason we did not make much fuss about it is because we were out most of the time but it would have been nice to come back to a bed made and new towels.

I received room service only one day due to the every other day cleaning. I left my room after 9pm that night and came back after 3am. Someone had been in my room to empty the ice bucket, which was weird since my room was serviced that mornig by house keeping. I did not request service and I felt uneasy due having a corner room at the end of the wall. This did not seem like a huge concern to the hotel staff. There has still been no follow up. It was my first and last time booking a hotel with expedia. I used them for a trip out the country before with no issues. They also did not issue a refund. Other than the handicap room and someone entering my room, my stay was not bad. Their sheets are very thin and I would recommned bringing your own if you get chilly or cold easily. There is no driveway to unload your stuff from the vehicle in the lobby. There is no parking for the hotel. I ubered the whole time so this wasnt a big deal for me. The parking that is close is pretty expensive too.

The room was very clean, but that was it, they don’t come back after you arrive. The breakfast was very good. The air conditioning system was great. The pool is very quaint and cute, we took a dip in it, very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Over a great place, close to everything, walking distance to anywhere downtown, the union train station was walking distance as well.

I enjoyed the size of hotel - was easy walk to our room. Breakfast buffet was good and affordable. Good value. Room was spacious but was looking directly into another building.

We arrived around 1:00 AM only to find out that our room had been given to someone else, even though we had already pre-checked in. After traveling and arriving that late, we then had to go back and forth with the front desk for about 30 minutes before they finally found us another room. Housekeeping was another issue. No one came to service our room during our stay unless we specifically called and requested it. By the third day, I shouldn’t have to call just to have basic housekeeping provided. On top of that, they placed a $100 hold on my card and later deducted approximately $25 without explaining what the charge was for. Between the reservation issue, lack of housekeeping, unexplained charge, and overall inconvenience, this was an extremely frustrating stay. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Hyatt, and unfortunately I will not be returning.

Very good

Certainly not worth the price even underestimating it was Lalapalooza weekend. At $500 dollars a night the staff shouldn’t have tried to charge extra for a twenty cent bottle of water at the front desk.
