Very clean hotel. The parking was limited for the number of guess the hotel accommodates. In/out parking space is not guaranteed even if you've paid to park.

Staff were very helpful and the breakfast had a great variety of items. The suite was clean and well maintained. I also liked the "store" in the reception/front desk area. It literally made my day to be able to grab a cold drink after an extremely long trip.

Huge corner suite on 18th fl- super clean, great views, very spacious & well appointed (full kitchen, separate workspace + seating areas, Grohe faucets, crabtree & evelyn toiletries, nice linens & pillows). Free breakfast selections were extensive and above average, the lounge space was quiet and calming with comfortable seating options and city views. Walking distance to Amtrak/Union Station 10/10 would stay again!

Slightly old and tired looking hotel. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and it took 3 requests to get additional bedding. Suite much smaller than you would think from the pictures and poorly laid out. Outside patio was nice. No bar: just a few overpriced taps with low quality beers.

We were confirmed we would be in a corner king suite 18th floor or higher but were given floor 8. We were apologized to twice but nothing was available as promised. Breakfast is just so, so.
