The room and hotel is extremely clean. The staff are all so nice and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. The only negative thing I have to stay is to plan ahead on parking. Parking was $65 per night and we were not aware of this prior to arrival.

We had a king bed suite and it was nice. The pull out wasn’t super comfortable and the room was a little dated. Could use newer sheets as they were a bit shaggy and were piling. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

This was a beautiful hotel. The room was perfect. The view was amazing and it was in close proximity to restaurants. We stayed there was my daughter’s college graduation. It was perfect.

The front door person was Great he was so helpful to us and very friendly. The check in desk people were very nice as well. The breakfast was very good also. We will stay here again in the future this was a great stay many thanks to everyone We have nothing but love for you all❤️

Everything was perfect. One of the best places I ever stayed in Chicago. It's just a little far from downtown but other than that it's not walkable distance but everything else was great

We got in early on a train and they held our bags until the room was ready, which they got for us prior to check in time. Pool was open, though marked as not available on the website. We walked everywhere in the Fulton Market area from this location. No hills, rental bikes everywhere, very walkable city.

Hotel was in a great location. It was very clean and our room was big with a kitchen. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The garage was at capacity so we were not able to park there during our stay. The staff provided us with a list of alternative parking lots near the hotel that were actually cheaper, so it worked out great! Overall we loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again.
