We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and utensils. We loved the Nespresso machine! Our only disappointment was the nighttime noise from nearby trains, plus one night of loud partying below our rental. The staff was friendly and helpful. We recommend this property.

Great stay in an elegant mostly residential building. Smooth check in, but had to fill out a few forms. Very nice staff. Young building with lots of dogs yay!

I loved the balcony and the great view! The kitchenette was a plus along with the provided utensils and necessary items. The laundry are was not something that I used but I could see how it would be a bonus feature. The area by the bed was a little cramped, but it ended up being comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the check in was seamless. The elevators were especially private and convenient. Overall, the extra $ that I paid for my stay was well worth it!

I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming, and she tried to charge me a "fee" that was not part of my booking. When I pointed out that it wasn't included, she went quiet, and after about five minutes said, "Never mind, you don't owe us anything." That reversal tells me this is likely a routine practice: most guests won't question an extra charge and will simply pay it. Check your bill carefully. I paid nearly €400 for one night, and the room did not come close to justifying that price: very basic amenities, nothing special about the space, and the spa was in poor condition. It's listed as a hotel on Booking.com, but in reality it's mostly a residential building with a couple of floors marketed as "hotel rooms." The location is also far from downtown. For the same money, you can get something significantly better in central Chicago. I would not stay here again.

Amazing place to stay in Chicago!

- There was no deadbolt on the hotel room door. If I'm paying $200+ a night, I shouldn't have to barricade the door every night. The balcony door was also unlocked when I arrived. - No hangers or lotion in the room. - Sauna and hot tub were "closed for cleaning" for three full days of my stay. - I needed to consent to a background check in order to confirm my reservation. I called to confirm this because I found it incredibly invasive and unnecessary. Turns out it was real. Wild. Also, there is a $200 PER NIGHT deposit upon arrival. I travel often and I've never seen that before. - Nonexistent water pressure in the shower. And someone's trash was left in the shower when I arrived. - Washing machine reeked of mold and was therefore unusable. - TV and oven didn't work Overall, if this hotel was $60-80 a night, it'd be great. But, it's a total waste of money. Again, the staff was very nice and helpful (I didn't even include the things they resolved for me during my stay) but I'm not going to bother them about every single amenity that is supposedly included with the room. The things that would make this hotel worth the money are unfortunately all a facade.

Loved the hotel, super nice and clean! Felt like home away from home!

1) Room configuration was odd, the bed was crammed horizontally in between two walls (one with a tv mounted on it) with only one side of the bed getting a tiny nightstand. The other side was only accessible by crawling up the length of the bed. The other side had no standing room as it was wedged up against the opposite wall. My 80 yo husband had difficulty scrambling off the bottom of the bed . 2) No TV instructions, and one temperamental remote for 2 TVS. So the on/off button controlled both tvs..which was a problem if one person wanted to sleep and the other wanted to watch tv in the living room, as both tvs were either on or off. 3) Although they are advertised as a hotel there are no guest amenities (no vending machines, ice machines, small store items) Additionally we had to pay a mandatory $25 nightly amenity charge for pool, fitness center, study room that we never used. 4) Bathrooms only had 2 bath towels ..at least 4 would be nice because they were damp when we wanted to use them again. 5) The doors (esp bathroom) need some oiling or lubrication because they squeaked so loudly whenever touched. Someone going to the bathroom early in the morning or late at night will wake up other occupants . 6) Complimentary bottles of water or a pur water dispenser would be a bonus especially since there are no vending or ice machine

I booked several suites for a large group of friends traveling together, including three Junior Two-Bedroom Suites and one Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite. It was a much better option than any Airbnb I could have booked: nearly everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, while we still had plenty of shared space to enjoy together. The suites have an apartment-style layout with a kitchenette and living area, and everything felt modern, clean, and well maintained. The Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suite was especially stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a large kitchen island, a spacious living room, and a dining table. It became the perfect gathering place for our group, and I’m so glad I upgraded. The staff also made the upgrade process incredibly smooth and easy. The amenities were just as impressive. The pool area was beautiful, there were plenty of comfortable lounge spaces, and the Cloud Lounge was a great bonus. For the price, the entire property felt like an excellent value. The location is also ideal, with many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. On-site parking was available but fairly expensive - fortunately, there were plenty of more affordable SpotHero options nearby. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago, especially larger groups who want the convenience of staying together while still having plenty of personal space. Prior to checking in, I had some questions via e-mail and communication with the hotel was occasionally a little slow, but it didn’t detract from our experience at all. All of my questions were answered, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Almost good. Kinda of antiseptic. Not nice enough to be a great hotel and not homey enough to be an apartment. Odd configuration and limited hotel hospitality
