The location is also very convenient and worked well for getting around Chicago, especially if you don’t mind doing a bit of walking. For our family, I think it felt a little more geared toward professionals or longer stays than a traditional family hotel, but overall we had a very positive experience. If you’re staying in Chicago for more than a couple of nights and want something comfortable and convenient, I would definitely recommend it.

Upscale amazing stay in trendy neighborhood in Chcago. Walking distance to coffee shops, great restaurants. The amenities were beyond what I expected/ great lap pool, hot tubs, sauna steam room and amazing gym with enough equipment to do a full strength training workout. We will stay here again!

I absolutely love this place! It was truly wonderful, and so was the staff. I can’t wait to come back!

That place was nice . The $200 refundable deposit is pre-night. They don't tell you that until you get there.

This location is primarily a place where people live as in an apartment complex. The hotel part of it seems to be more for people doing longer stays. That means you’re not get the normal amenities or service you would get with a more traditional hotel. It is not a bad location, but I would try not to stay here again.

There charges are not clear, unnecessary security deposit, long hold period and I don't even know if they refunded my security deposit as haven't received any bill/receipt post checkout

If you drive, it’s very close to everything pretty much. It’s clean and nice to stay with family. Parking is a little expensive but that applies to most of Chicago area.

The room was clean and well organized The man working the front desk was awful. He was annoyed that we asked to leave our bags (2 hours before checkin) with the front desk. Then he would literally ignore us when we asked basic questions. Our friends checked in after us and also had a terrible time checking in with this guy.

Room was not cleaned/ towels weren't replaced for the duration of our 3 night stay which I found rather peculiar. They also only provided 1 key for our room. I had believed it was common practice to provide 2. Other than that, the room was clean when we arrived, the bedding was comfortable, and the gym was lovely.
