My go to place to stay. Luxurious, travel-friendly rooms, excellent pool/hot tub area outside, and great workout facilities. Fantastic location next to Fulton Market. The desk staff is always exceptional and helpful.

Had a lovely stay!

Overall a good experience with a clean room in a good location. Staff always welcoming and cheerful. Only a few very minor issue such as a delay in getting items which weren't in the room such as wine glasses and clean towels.

Very good

Pictures are misleading. Our “suite” had only modest separation between the bed and sofa bed. The description should have been a studio or junior suite.

Staff was amazing—so helpful, attentive, and hands-on throughout our stay. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the view was beautiful. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience!

In addition, they list housekeeping as an amenity, and advertise one day or long term stays, however, for our 4 night stay, this didn't get housekeeping services. Meaning we had to get towels and coffee each day from the front desk, had piles of trash from cooking and such, and a heap of dirty towels from the week. Staff was friendly, but not really provided agency or capacity to do anything to fix the experience. Even a request for a fan to try to cool the space was impossible for them to solve (although they certainly had one for the front desk to keep staff comfortable).

Room was clean area was fines. Staff was mediocre at best. Last night person seem disinterested and didn’t seem to want to speak. For the price we paid it was honestly not work it too me. Felt that they nickeled and dined you too death. No housekeeping for the entire 5 night. Crazy expensive for parking we had to make other arrangements which was a hassle since i was on crutches but we made it work. Even if we had parties on garage not elevator access. Will not be staying here again. Not worth the money, poor customer service. Had to get towels and empty trash daily. Very disappointing!!
-
Great apartment & location. Amenities are shared with the residents of the Onni and often overrun. Take a holding deposit for incidentals of $400 a night, despite there being no mini bar etc provided in the room - totally unreasonable

Location
-
Front desk staff was super helpful and enthusiastic. Smooth check-in, and checkout.
-
The location is also very convenient and worked well for getting around Chicago, especially if you don’t mind doing a bit of walking. For our family, I think it felt a little more geared toward professionals or longer stays than a traditional family hotel, but overall we had a very positive experience. If you’re staying in Chicago for more than a couple of nights and want something comfortable and convenient, I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was extremely friendly and flexible regarding scheduling; this place is amazing.
