Couldnt even stay at the hotel.

Wasn't able to check in as I did not receive the pre-arrival verification links or access codes despite reaching out to the hotel through message and call. The Sonder app they recommended to use to check in did not work and was not on Google play store. There was no support staff on site either. I called 3 different phone #s who basically could not help us get into our hotel because they were no longer affiliated with the hotel. Thankfully I reached out to Expedia customer service who were able to relocate us to a different hotel last minute. I hope we don't get charged extra for "not checking in" to the Burnham hotel.

Super clean room, hot water, comfy bed, and pretty spacious! Had a great time!
-
AC was working well, clean room, comfortable beds, and wonderful customer service!

The area is not the best and it shows, it is a little sketchy and you need to be aware of your surroundings, especially as you enter or exit the facility. This is outside the control of the hotel, but it should be considered if you have family traveling with you. The hotel has good safety measures in place and controlled entry, which is nice. Overall I will stay here again and recommend it for individual business travel.

I got locked out of my room without phone and there was no way to call for emergency help
-
The room was everything I needed.

Only complaints would be no restroom for guests in the lobby. Could not check in until 4pm but was not allowed to use restroom from cleaning staff who could not speak English. Used translator and they wouldn't allow myself to use a restroom; frustrating. Lastly, cleanliness wise, hallways had a funky smell like poor air circulation and old garbage accumulated.

Clean, friendly and a enjoyable stay

1. Washroom door is so squeaky, it probably can be heard from another floor. 2. At night, extremely loud because of the pipes that are on the ceiling throughout the whole apartment - so loud that it’s absolutely impossible to sleep. 3. Fridge door was broken. As much as the location was good, close to different parkings, and the apartment overall was nice, will not be staying again, solely because of the bad impression based on the above mentioned points.

Very clean. New appliances. Had necessay essentials. No parking. Homeless people near front.

The location was great. Close to Union Station train and bus terminal. Traffic noise isn’t too bad - it quiets down at night. Room was clean with basic kitchen equipment and laundry machine. Full asian market with fresh produce nearby. Noise from other units. Our neighbors were low key but know that if you’re talking loud your conversation will be heard. The unit isn’t super dark at night, but during the day light filtering blinds are pleasant so it’s a trade off. Water pressure in shower is pitiful. The temp was okay though.

Very clean, nicely furnished
-
The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no table nor chair to sit and eat!

Great stay.
-
I love the location, self-check-in, and full kitchens, but there is zero insulation between rooms, so if you happen to have neighbors, it is very loud.
-
We like the place it was very clean and spacious very convenient in the sense on the location for people who are visiting. The only comment I have is regarding the bed and the pillows…They mattress was not super comfortable and the pillows smelled like sweat.
-
This place was great. Super close to the Blue L Line to/from Ohare was a snap. Right on the edge of the Loop so very walkable and was so safe feeling.
-
Location was great for easily jumping onto the blue line at Clinton. Grocery stores are about a 15 minute walk away. Great spot for folks catching a train at Union Station and the in unit laundry was a nice touch. Bed linens were a little scratchy. Even with that, would definitely stay here again.
-
Property was easy to access with communication in advance. Everything was clean and functional. Would stay again!
