Very clean. New appliances. Had necessay essentials. No parking. Homeless people near front.

The location was great. Close to Union Station train and bus terminal. Traffic noise isn’t too bad - it quiets down at night. Room was clean with basic kitchen equipment and laundry machine. Full asian market with fresh produce nearby. Noise from other units. Our neighbors were low key but know that if you’re talking loud your conversation will be heard. The unit isn’t super dark at night, but during the day light filtering blinds are pleasant so it’s a trade off. Water pressure in shower is pitiful. The temp was okay though.

Good location, just down from Union Station. Lovely fairly quiet apartment, fully equipped with full oven, dishwasher and washing machine.. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Very clean and nicely presented. No reception. App didn't work to report the broken microwave kept getting "whoops something went wrong - try again later". Struggled to get access codes to building and apartment. Phone line not able to help, sent us back to booking.com phone line who just emailed the property. Property just re emailed same form which wouldn't work.l!!. Fortunately we figured out the problem ourselves eventually but not without a period of stress

Cleanliness, decent space and location Not much. It is what their description and what you paid for. I like it.

Moments from Lou Mitchel’s. Minutes from Union Station. Easy walk down Jackson to Art Institute. Perfect location for overnight before Amtrak adventure. Never saw a staff member.

It was cute, good location-there were two very good coffee shops VERY close, very easy to access using the app, free luggage storage before check-in, felt safe The studio was a little on the small side so it felt a little cramped and I wish we would have been able to access the luggage storage lockers after checkout time. We wanted to check out, walk next door to have breakfast, and then grab our luggage before heading to the airport but ended up needing to take our luggage with us to breakfast. It wasn't a huge deal but would have been nice

I love the virtual check in and the apartment like feel. Very happy with Sonder especially since they are apart of Marriott. Will definitely definitely stay again. Luggage storage was great too! Walls were a bit thin

Nothing They cancelled on us without any notification. I only happened to find out when I contacted them the day before. Avoid this place at all costs.

Location Creepy small apartment. Could hear the neighbors making breakfast and listening to music.

There was no breakfast here. The location was great, only a block from union station so an easy walk toting suitcases!

Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Very easy to check-in and out. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable We were very happy with everything

Excellent location by the L and Union Station. Clean and straightforward experience; good amenities including washer/dryer combo, dishwasher. Exposed brick is always fun. Not quite as impressive aesthetically as the other Sonder I’ve tried, but no substantial complaints. Not enough luggage storage lockers; all were full by the time we checked out, and we had to just leave our luggage out (along with several people who came after us)

It was comfortable and private As somebody that uses the gym consistently the gym was a little too small.

Location was convenient, aesthetically it was beautiful. It was just the right size, it felt like home. The security code feature was awesome as well, it provided an added layer of security. The walls are a bit thin, it’s easy to hear conversations from other guests that may be on the same level or even below. Luckily the property seems to attract patrons that are considerate so it wasn’t bad. The 4 PM check-in might be the worst part, luckily we did have the luggage storage which made it much more manageable. I would suggest maybe some type of room where patron and guest could get ready almost like a large single unit bathroom maybe I don’t know.

The interior was nice and accommodating. There was a smoke alarm beeping all night right outside my door. There was a leak from the roof outside my door by elevators.

I liked the apartment very much I can’t stand the chat feature in order to get help. But you know that and you don’t care or you would have changed it by mow

The location isn't bad. The room has potential although it was in a bad bad shape. The stuff were nice, once you got a hold of them. The bathroom was nice. The room was really old, but the real issue that it didn't have blinds. The blinds were just removed from the room, which makes it completely unusable at night, especially as it is on the first floor and everyone can look inside. It took a long long time for Sanders to address the issue and even then they didn't really fix it. Sonders should not lease a room in this condition.

It was clean It was very noisy at night, and the walls were too thin. You could hear everything from outside, especially from the garbage bins area, which made it difficult for us to sleep.
