Older hotel. Walls very thin. Could hear neighbors. Close to a highway exit so heard very loud semi horns throughout. Room was clean, staff was friendly but definitely not worth price I paid.
-
Hotel is very loud and there is no sound proofing! Staff is very nice and helpful but there is no real amenities and the rooms are tiny.
-
I was happy to hear that if you pay for parking onsite that is guaranteed that you will have a parking spot
-
Helpful stuff. Very close to Union Statuon (Amtrak).
-
Parking was weird because we paid 65 and then across the parking lot was a lot for 25$. It was a nice one night stay.
-
The hotel was nice. The bathroom was terribly small! It looks like the property is being renovated. It's time. The sheets feel a bit wet for some reason.
-
Close to everything.
-
Hotel is outdated and not worth the almost $400 per night.
-
Perfect area for activities, clean room, and wonderful staff member who showed excellent hospitality and convenience.

Had a good stay. Hotel was close to public transportation stops so it was easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. The roof top pool was a nice escape in the middle of the city and summer heat.

"Suites" means there are people or families living in this hotel long term, and you can hear them, a lot. While clean, this hotel would otherwise be described as pretty rough. Don't book or attempt the breakfast, its not a restaurant, basically someone's front room, where they've knocked together some awful attempt at food, served in a world of plastic. Location is good, 10min walk to CBD. Price does not equate to the experience. $20 extra per night will get you a far superior experience. Laundry bag provided, laundry service explained at check in, tried to use it...no laundry service, the bag is for you to take your clothes home.

The price point was very good and the room and staff was amazing!!!

Very clean and comfortable. Blue line train right across the road.

Area around not the greatest. Travel needed for pretty much everything. Breakfast extra. Rooms clean and quiet though.

Cons - Parking was $$$$ at $65/day. We used spot hero to find a lot right in front of the hotel for $55 total, pulled in, and saw multiple piles of broken windows. So we left, canceled the spot hero, and used the hotel parking. The hotel isn't in the middle of all the action, which means either a walk or a ride but we were OK with that.

I didnt like that when we went to the pool the other guests were smoking pot. Our room was right next to the elevator and ice machine. Bed was uncomfortable.
