The room was well cleaned each day.

The television remote was completely dirty with hairs in it. I only touched it with one single finger after seeing how dirty it was. All electronics should and must be cleaned.

The bathrooms had peeling paint and in the room, very small bathroom and none of the treadmills worked in the gym

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was noisy, hallway and street noise. Breakfast was adequate

It downtown It’s kinda dirty and parking prices are insane for the cleanliness of building my bathroom lite was dim stuff on the walls and floor floor was cracked broken in corner when u walk in ac barely worked

We had to switch rooms 3 times due to bugs. The first room had bugs in the bathroom and a large spider in the curtains, the second room had ants in the entry way and in the fridge, and the third room was fine until the last night were we saw another bug in the bathroom and a 2-inch bug that looked like a silverfish. The rooms were not very well lit and the carpet and couch felt unclean. I'll say that the staff was somewhat accommodating in changing out our rooms each time. We were given free breakfast for one morning and 25% off 1 night, but we never felt comfortable or at ease due to how unclean the rooms were. We stayed a total of 4 nights, and don't plan to come back.

Wish the prices were cheaper. $65 a day to park in the front was crazy, but it was a beautiful hotel.

Enjoyed the stay staff was very helpful while I was there and was quiet

The hotel is literally next to the highway...and the traffic noise NEVER dies down. The chairs in the lobby need deep cleaning due to all the stains on them. Everything else was typical of this hotel tier. Staff was pleasant.
