Front desk was very friendly and helpful! Room smelled like bleach and was clean, glad about that. Location was great too, would stay again.

Breakfast is expensive related with the options the hotel offers.

For the most part our stay was enjoyable and most of the staff was very polite and helpful. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the gentleman working the night shift was not only rude to my family but also rude to other people staying there. Also my husband and daughter said the pool water smelled weird and was full of bugs.

On site parking, however we used the ramp close by to save money. The hotel and room were clean and the staff were friendly. Convenient location right near the blue line.

Our room was clean and everyone was so helpful! A nice place to stay and conveniently located, easy to get around the city from there.

I really appreciated how helpful the staff were! Parking onsite was full but they shared close, safe parking and also made sure we had all we needed for our stay.

Front desk Aelna had the worst customer service my family has ever dealt with. She was extremely belittling and flat out rude. Made the entire experience horrible. Our family will never stay at a Holiday Inn again due to her poor customer service and our experience with her.

Could have been better but the stay was okay, didn’t like the fact that there are only 17 parking spaces available to guests and the rest must park in another company parking lot. Doesn’t state that online. The pictures of the property online make the property look amazing! In reality it’s really subpar. Staff was okay! Room was fair. Will not stay again. Far better places in the city for the money

The suite we booked was nicely laid out and the bedroom had room darkening shades so it was was dark even during the day and the beds were very comfy! It was nice having two tv’s.
