Far away from anything

It was great to find a clean, comfortable room close to union station. I am in a wheelchair so the steep driveway to get into the property was a bit difficult to navigate but other than that access was easy. The room had ADA accommodations that I needed and although the room was small for a wheelchair, there were innovative solutions, like wheels on the small table, so that everything worked.

Decent hotel, parking nearby and right by a CTA train hub for quick access. Check in time is 3p, but our room wasn't ready. They couldn't tell us how long it would be so, we were somewhat stuck in the lobby. There isn't much close to the hotel as far as eating / drinking. Our room was finally ready at 4:30p. We had to be somewhere by 5p so it cut it close. They did compensate with breakfast vouchers for the next day.

No frills and thrills. Comfortable stay. When I checked in, there was garbage in the can in my room and something sticky on the closet door. Bathroom is tiny but clean and updated! Room cleaning comes later in the afternoon but appreciated. Staff friendly, pool and lounge chairs are a plus.

My room was clean and comfortable. I was able to work during my stay location was West Loop Chicago. My stay was quiet, relaxing, and uneventful. I would definitely stay again. Parking was outrageous. $65 a day. No restaurant on the premises. No microwave in the room however there was a mini fridge and a coffee maker.

Everything was great. The air conditioner made a terrible noise, but they came and fixed it right away.

We took an Amtrak that arrived at Union Station at 11:40am. We were able to check-in at 1:14pm. That was very much appreciated, considering check-in isn’t officially until 3:00pm. All of the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. When we tried to check in around noon, our room was not ready yet, but they offered to hold our luggage so we could grab lunch while we waited. We also really appreciated the quality of the hand soap and lotion in the bathroom! We had a King Suite. Very nice. The bathroom was quite small for a King Suite, and the pull-out couch was not very comfortable. We also had to request extra pillows for the pull-out:

Overall lodging experience was pleasant.

The location was perfect for our visit. One of the doors to a stairwell was locked which I alerted to the staff.

Sheets and room have a horrible smell, really poor staff and service, not breakfast included and to end my horrible experience my car got tow because I was never specified that I could not parked on the parking lot connected to the building. I had to pay $240 dollars to get it out. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never go back to this place

No parking available and no enough towels for the people in the room

Stay was amazing, staff were polite and helpful. Hotel parking is very limited, available parking in the area was good but definitely recommended getting SpotHero parking app definitely a lifesaver. The room I was staying in was great but the bathroom as a bit cramped and has water damage on the wall and door because they have no ventilation other then that a great stay

Front desk staff here is especially friendly and helpful. This is also so close to the main train station and also the clinton blue line subway which makes it a great spot!
