Perfectly serviceable, bit far from...

The one problem we had is that there were no luggage carts available on our arrival. Since we had gear for our pet and some clothes on hangars, it was an inconvenience. There are only two luggage carts available to serve three hotels, they need more. Also the parking was outrageously expensive.

$3,600.00 for 5 nights. Exorbitant price was supposed to include parking. I paid for the included parking option when booking. It didn't include parking, which cost me an additional $230.00 The room price I was charged was double the normal rate. With a room on the 18th floor it was very inconvenient when my room key failed to operate the door lock, more than once. Having to ride up and down repeatedly on the elevator to get to the front dest. On the last day, trying to check out and get to a meeting on time, and get my luggage to the outdoor detached, unsecured parking area, in the rain, the door completely failed to open. I had to wait for a half hour, (late for my meeting) while hotel staff tried to break in to my room so I could get the last of my luggage.

It deserves a NEGATIVE 10 review. They can’t handle reservation changes at all — we were lied to 3 different times by 3 different people about how we were going to be charged for an additional night. Simon, the front desk person, was probably the rudest, most pompous front desk person I have ever encountered in my travels, and I don’t make that statement lightly. The breakfast is flavorless and generic. Our toilet was broken. I could go on, but it’s too much — I’ll conclude with this hotel stinks, and Simon should be fired because he is horrible.
