It was convenient to everything. I didn’t have to walk outside in rain to get to the convention center. There were plenty of places to socialize within the area. Most of the hotels are connected to the center so I was able to visit with fiends at their hotel and eat at the other places connected.

The staff was super helpful and friendly at check in, and that really set the tone for our stay! Great location for seeing a concert at Wintrust arena, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms were quiet, would absolutely stay here again

Spacious, clean rooms and a wonderful staff. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff and even housekeeping were friendly and sincere in wanting to do whatever they could to improve the experience of my stay. I like the shower with the controls on the wall opposite the shower head so you can adjust the water temp before stepping into the water. The food at the free breakfast wasn't anything special, but hey it's free so nothing to complain about. Pro tip: there's a restaurant called Apolonia on the same block and it has outstanding food and an award-winning wine list. Overall, I was very pleased with this property.

The vent rattled when the air conditioner was running.

No microwave in the room but there is one on the second floor where breakfast is served that’s available to use. The breakfasts themselves were very tasty and are available in a four hour window each day which was nice. The hotel isn’t right downtown but it’s close enough that you can still see the city. We walked to the field museum and aquarium in about 25 minutes. Also close to the subway system which was handy. Overall we had a really nice stay and I would be happy to return.

Very clean property and super friendly staff. The bed was firm which to me was uncomfortable but if you like firm then it’s for you. The shower was wonderful with excellent water pressure. The valet parking was nice. A bit hectic, but nice! The breakfast was great. Fresh and warm. The waffle bar was top notch and the coffee selection was excellent.

Good location with convenience to public transport

Great location, nice rooms and views, lots of variety at breakfast and you can’t beat FREE washers and dryers!

Had a great stay. Nice hotel. Smaller rooms but functional. Beds on firmer side. Bathroom door is sliding barn door type. Close and convenient parking. Lots of transportation options. Staff were all so friendly and helpful!! Small pool shared with 2 other attached hotels. Close enough to so much but not in the center of the chaos and noise of downtown!!
