Hampton Inn Chicago McCormick Place

The room was spotless and exactly as described. Only issue is parking which costs a lot but that seems the norm in Chicago and I wasn't prepared for that amount. I found that if you plan ahead you can save by booking some garages online. I will definitely stay here again when I visit.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast had lots of options and the children enjoyed the pool. We would recommend this location. It was within walking distance of Chinatown and bus transportation was easily accessible.

From the location of this hotel to the amenities and the size of the room everything was excellent. Front desk was always ready to help. Next time in chicago will definitely be on my list.

Breakfast and staff were amazing. Front desk very helpful. 2nd floor bathrooms by pool no soap and the in many sinks, stalls. Our room didn't get cleaned one day either ran out of toilet paper and tissues.

The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were like air, they flattened instantly. I like a firm pillow, so I bought one so I could get some sleep.

The Hampton Inn was oversold; therefore, I was put into the Hilton Garden Inn. That was okay, a clean room is a clean room. You had to have another key for breakfast at the Hampton Inn as I didn't pay for the Hilton Garden Inn breakfast. LOL ..

breakfast was good, and the location was great! I think the pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

I wanted to extend my stay in one day and was not able to do this online. I’ve asked the front desk multiple times to help out but they said they cannot and fully booked, though they did have empty rooms for the extra night. Very disappointing.

Everything was clean and well maintained. House keeping was great. Connection to McCormick was very useful.

Other than that, everything else went great. The room was very clean. Every staff member I talked to was happy to help. The complimentary breakfast was among the best I've had.

We had to book this hotel at the last minute. We chose Hampton because you know it will be clean and staff is always friendly. Great hotel!

Easy check in, quiet environment, and the location is close to exciting things in the city.

Could improve breakfast food

Clean rooms, friendly and oh so helpful staff, close to subway, good amenities (water and snacks a plenty in the reception area), breakfast was great - in a bright, big room with windows and lots of good food. Will come back. Yummy Mexican restaurant and deep dish pizza within walking distance. Also, walked along gorgeous tree lined streets 1 mile to the museums.

Kind, attentive staff, great amenities and clean facilities. Definitely recommend staying here!
