Great location, I stayed here for the BTS concert at Soldier Field and it was about a 20 minute walk from the stadium. Great views and the room was clean and comfortable.
-
I loved the location and all the amenities

Quite posh, very nice, and an easy walk from hotel to Soldier Field where we were going. The staff were not especially helpful. The whole experience was just a bit highbrow for me, but that’s merely based on personal preference. No complimentary breakfast or stuff like that — seems like the more you pay the less you get. But I get it, it’s downtown/south Chicago.

The location is great but rooms are nothing spe I'll for the amount of money they charge. My a/c only worked sometimes and the toilet ran continuously. I reported to the front desk and they wanted me to wait for maintenance. My schedule was jam packed and I had no time for that. They should have offered to switch roo.s but this option was never offered.

I was in town for the BTS concert. Staff was super friendly and sweet, the onsite restaurants were delicious, room service was always on time and even early, and the taxi hub outside the hotel made transportation around the city a breeze!

Safe clean room with easy access to Moscone Center and Soldier field
-
Very expensive. I was paying for the close proximity to Soldier Field.
-
This was a good location for the event I was attending. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable

I wouldn't go there again for how much we paid . I paid 800 something dollars for a two bed room with lake view for one day and you have to pay for wifi, pay for parking (a staff told us we had to pay but on my room info it had free parking with it so when we left we asked someone else that worked there and yes we had free parking but because that worker said we had to pay each time we took out the car we couldn't really leave)

Everyone was really nice and helpful. Great stay!

Location Cost (hidden fees), no free breakfast. No allergen guide for food options
-
Hotel was very clean, room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a lot of food places and to our destination (soldier field). Would highly recommend this place. Although I wished they offered free breakfast. Breakfast comes with extra cost.
-
Was able to check in early even with a busy Friday due to the BTS concert happening the same day.

sleep was comfortable, the room was nice and clean, would have preferred the water view. I absolutely love the smell in the lobby there are no more free toiletries like there used to be and the staff at the breakfast place downstairs weren't friendly at all and very unclear when asked any question. the lady that seated us was frowning when I made a request on where I want to sit, not nice! also please don't use down feather products, please stop supporting animal cruelty.
