The staff were very friendly and both the breakfast menu and room service had many delicious dishes. They didn’t clean my room everyday and the found the room very dusty.

Everything about the Marriott Marquis Chicago was excellent! I traveled with Clients and they were very happy and appreciated of the care we took in assuring they were well treated and the excellent experience here topped things off for the end of our annual football trip.

Great place to stay especially if you’re in town for a game. The stadium is in walking distance.

Too expensive for a mediocre hotel. You’re just paying for the view.

Stayed for a Bears game and was super close to walk to the stadium. Great rooms and the team actually stayed as well

location was very convenient for the BTS concert in Soldier Field there were no amenities included, no wifi, no slippers, no bottled water

Great location and wonderful Skyline view of Chicago Skyline views were blocked by the tv in the room- really should think of better place to put it. Room WiFi didn’t seem to work

Everything was so clean. I could’ve slept in the bed for days. My friend and I had a great time for the short stay

The front desk staff was rude and no help when we checked in . The overnight staff was finally hepfull the next morning. The money you pay for a decent hotel room. these people should be plesent and heplfull . Our room had someone elses hair in the bathtub (kinda gross) . The plug in both room didnt work either.

Clean room, smooth check in, quick valet service, and friendly staff. I did have an issue with my card being overcharged for my stay but that was all cleared up with a quick phone call. Would definitely stay again!
